“Black Radish is excellent! I have used them several times for corporate business luncheons and they flawlessly crushed it with our Holiday dinner in December 2024 for 551 employees. Starting with, aligning on a tasty traditional meal that catered to all dietary restrictions so it would be a meal everyone could enjoy. Portioned and executed across 2 days and 4 different shifts for our manufacturing facility. I have been managing our employee events since 2019, we have had dinners at many other caterers, its always difficult to meet everyone's needs/standards.This was the first time I had RAVING reviews from everyone, and it was a fully served traditional meal with all the fixings. Topnotch service and delicious food!! I will continue to use Black Radish for any occasion. Did mention, in the summer they have a Wagu Food Truck? Also outstanding!! She made everything incredibly easy and was available and timely with all of our questions. The menu options were expansive -- enough to meet the needs of all our guests with such variety. It was important to me that we highlight local ingredients, and that is simply a part of Sugarsnap's mission. Once the event finally arrived, we were anxious to sample the food after having planned for so long! We couldn't have been happier.
