“i love this place! every time i visits family member in new haven, ct we make the drive to KA. i always enjoy having their baked goods and looking around the store! i’ve gotten an iced latte which was divine. i also enjoy buying some of the scone mixes to bring home to have a simple, fast way to make a scone. their recipes on their website are also amazing and i love looking at what new recipes they post and trying out some of their baked goods! i hope to come back to visit KA very soon!“

“The soft pretzels with mustard dipping sauce were good. The french fries with aïoli were quite good as well. The French onion soup was well seasoned, caramelized onions without being overdone. The pesto pasta was quite flavorful without being overbearing. The flatbread margarita pizza was quite good with a balsamic reduction sauce on it. The Caesar salad dressing was adequate. They tolerated our kids well. The ice cream and sorbet seemed good as well. The vegetarian potstickers were quite flavorful and crispy.“

“We were in VT for our honeymoon & found Elixir by chance - so glad we did. It's a beautiful little restaurant with creative cocktails. From the bread to the entrees, everything was fresh and delicious. Our server, Tony, was kind, providing excellent service (he even gave us great recommendations for the rest of our time in VT). Perfect spot for a date night.“

“Four people with dramatically different ideas of what amazing food and drink is dined here for the first time recently and do not regret it. There is nothing we ordered that we didn’t absolutely love and it is a miracle that they are not closer to where we live or we would probably go broke eating there every meal…. “Last night we went to Jesses o celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! I had called for some special accommodations I wanted. They did a fabulous job with our booth (which I requested for privacy and low noise level. It was a perfect booth! I had requested champaign be on the table in ice and chilled glasses. Candles were another request. The table was perfect and beautiful. Very romantic! My Huband's gift was delivered to the restaurant. It was sitting on the shelf behind the table. Perfect! The Managers and staff were excellent! A shout out to Tiffany and Abbey(manager). So very pleasant and accommodating. We have never had such excellent service. We have to many 4/5 star restaurants in our 50 years together (actually 52 if you count our courtship) LOL! So, congratulations on a job well done. Everyone (seemed to know about it) Even other patrons came by our table and congratulated us! e were truly made to feel special. I highly recommend Jesses for celebrations, or just a fabulous meal. They usually have live music in the bar area on the weekend nights. Which is where we usually sit for the comradery. . Always someone interesting to strike up a conversation with, sitting right next to you. Jesses is the place to be!“

“Tried Cantore’s for the first time today because they have vegan cheese and the food was absolutely delicious!!! The veggie grinder was also very good. I can’t wait to go back and try some other stuff including the deep fried Oreos. My only request is possibly adding a plant based meat option in the future but either way, I enjoyed my food! I highly recommend!! A+++++!!“
