“Stopped by after spending 2 nights at nearby camp. The line was long but the conversations made it fun to wait. Pretty good Iced Chai for hubby & my Iced Maple Latte was delicious and I don’t even like cold coffee! Pleasant service.”

“My wife and I visited Manchester today and we had a wonderful lunch at Zoey’s! My wife had a turkey dinner and I had the double hex burger with caramelized onions. Little that I realize it was a top five burger in all of Vermont! It definitely lived up to that billing. We will certainly be back again!”

“Super busy on a Saturday morning and noisy due to some larger group of folks renting homes nearby but a great diner. Not a lot of seating but we found a table easily. Food took a while but there were a lot of people. Good diner breakfast eggs great home fries. Nice sausage. I had French toast that they substituted in raisin bread for me. Real local maple syrup as well. Good food but be prepared to wait some for food. We enjoyed it.”

“I never expected great barbecue in the middle of the Green Mountains. The brisket was superb and I have had brisket from Franklin’s in Austin, TX. I prefer Pearl’s. They have a large selection of bourbons and they make a great Old Fashioned. Our server Betty was wonderful and she made a great presentation of the Bacon Clothesline. We will probably make the 3-1/2 hour trip just for the brisket.”

“Great spot in the village for coffee / snacks / drinks. There’s really something for everyone. Waffles are excellent for those looking for them after you’ve left the slopes (instead of trekking back to Waffle Cabin). Will try the pizzas next time I stop by. Staff is super hospitable.”

“The BLT hosted our high school Mountain Bike team banquet last night and they could not have been more accommodating or thoughtful. Worked with our craziness and made us feel super welcome and at home. Food was great, service was even better, and our whole crew of about 25 had a wonderful time. I heart the BLT!!!”

“Mistral's is the restaurant that my wife and I visit to treat ourselves to something rare and very special. It's tucked away off the main highway, on the side of a mountain, and built to follow the curve of the streamlet dancing alongside it. It just feels so special to walk in. We are always seated at a window looking across to the forest and down to the brook. It's magical, beautiful, artistic and so romantic. The wine list is perfectly selected to provide a carefree point of departure from ordinary life. The appetizers, the entrees, the deserts are always well prepared, pleasantly unassuming, thoughtfully presented, and a pleasure to enjoy. It's all just so lovely and comes complete with a staff that serves with dignity, competence and warmth. It's unlike any place else in an exceptionally good way. It's a treasure that we return to again and again.”

“My husband and I were staying at the mountain in the off-season, and there wasn't much open. We stumbled into this restaurant, and we were really glad we did! The food and the appetizers were great, and all of the workers were very friendly. One went so far out of her way as to write down recommendations for a place we could buy a postcard! We had asked her casually, and she was helpful beyond what we expected! Later, they were closing, and they still let us stop in to get ice cream to go. Such a kind-hearted staff!”

“We loved Benedict’s! Such a great brunch spot. I ordered the Bravo Toast with a fruit cup, while my girlfriend went for the giant pancake and an egg sandwich on a croissant. I ended up stealing the sandwich; it was very good. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious, and the service was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back.”
