“Although I like this place I ordered the rocket burger and basically poutine. My French fries had ONLY the slightest bit of gravy on them (no cheese even though that’s what I ordered.) the rocket burger had the tiniest bit of boom boom sauce on the bottom of the sandwhich. I get y’all may be understaffed but make your food correctly how people order it and these reviews wouldn’t happen. Again, I love this place as much as the next, but it’s upsetting I paid 40 dollars for food that wasn’t made correctly.“

“I love Scarlottas! We go often and it’s been great everytime. I must say almost everytime I order unless it’s one specific person there is always hair on our stuff. Luckily I haven’t seen it in the food yet but it had been on the bags, on the cups of soda, etc. I LOVE their ice cream! And for food I recommend the scarlottas snack wrap or a cheeseburger!“
