“This was definitely a good choice for us! The food was absolutely amazing and the chocolate lava cake was wayyyy to good. Our server, Ilena B. was so sweet and nice, very friendly and was right on top of things without being in our faces all the time. We enjoyed talking to a Buckeye fan! “OK – nobody’s probably going to believe this, but I am from Atlanta Georgia and was visiting Quechee with a few friends – I’ve been there before, but never been to the Skinny Pancake. I went in to get a latte to go and my friend just about crashed the car when I yelled “Oh my God” while drinking it in her passenger seat. She said, “what’s wrong?” and I said “nothing‘s wrong, everything’s right – this is the best latte I have had in years!!” And too bad we were on our way out of town! VERY fresh and creamy and flavorful with just milk- nothing else! I will be back!! ❤️ So delicious and somebody there is a terrific barista! Kelly T.“

“Hidden gem here! The seasonal cider was fantastic and even even offered a cinnamon rim to go with the pumpkin cider. My husband had the chicken sandwich and loved it, especially the maple Dijon mustard. I had the burger and loved it. The bacon jam and jalapeño cream cheese elevated it, and the use of a Portuguese muffin as a bun took it to another level. We were in town for one night and are so glad we went here.“

“My friend and I came up for a girl’s weekend and we loved it here! Comfy and cozy, and quiet too. The fireplace in the room was the icing on the cake! And they hand a wonderful breakfast buffet. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here!“

“Wait staff is kind, but they aren't super attentive, and the atmosphere is unremarkable. The real winner here is the food. The food is delicious. The butter chicken, and chicken saag have full rich flavors. The food tastes good at every spice level, but it tastes the best at extra spicy. The butter naan pairs well with the curry. The paneer65 was good despite the fry oil tasting a little stale. The mango Lassi is nice if you have a sweet tooth, but it isn't mandatory. My favorite place for take-out in the area.“

“Nice cafe, out of the way for me so was my first time, came to try their bagels. IMHO the best bagels in UV. The Works was heavily seasoned(maybe a tad saltier than I prefer but still very good) and the Jalepeno had a nice residual heat. Will come back! Second trip, Asiago Cheese very nice. All toast to nice crisp outside and good chew in the center.“

“We spent the night at the Inn on the River three days before Christmas as a pre-holiday getaway. The dining experience was lovely highlighted by a lovely multi-purpose great room including a bar, seats by the fire and restaurant tables. We arrived at 4pm, had a cocktail by the fire and engaged in a lovely conversation with a couple from Long Island. We then moved to the bar where we watch the Steelers-Lions game while enjoying our second cocktail and a crab cake appetizer. Our evening was capped off by a delicious dinner -- steak frites for me and lobster ravioli for my husband. The vibe was vibrant and festive and the meal excellent. Service was also outstanding despite a waiter juggling many tables. We will definitely be back!“
