I have to say that Gill’s is the best overall sub place in (at least) the southern part of Vermont. The employees were kind & the subs were made to perfection. “I got my dinner on December 9th at about 5:15 and the young man and young lady who were working there deserve a raise. They were pleasant, friendly and had smiles on their faces the whole time. I will be going back just because you don't get service like that from young people especially on a Friday night. Thank you“

“Four stars for good employees, accommodating. Clean. Eating Area. Yet, still same old sub par Subway food. So little meat on a sandwich and costs to add more to make it a decent grinder. Rolls average at best. Like already stated, typical Subway.“
