Fabulous food and people. Love their Americano with oat milk. I’m really picky about my coffee so don’t really drink it but theirs is superb.
Perhaps the best kept secret in all of St. Johnsbury . Their baguette toasts are out of this world. Awesome wine selection and great food items to purchase for your charcuterie board.
Another great addition to downtown St.J! Great food, chill vibes, unique groceries, friendly people. Had their smoked trout salad sandwich for lunch today. It was outstanding.

The Buttery is a little place with a funky vibe and beautiful ambiance. It is very vegan and meat eater friendly with a nice array of tasty options. The food is beyond beautiful and excellent. For breakfast, the special CottoPanino is excellent and The Works sandwich is a great choice. For lunch, the turkey on ciabatta bread and pesto with a kale salad is perfect. Other popular dishes include the Pistachio pesto pasta, kale salad, and the chili spicy crispy chicken burger, which is crispy yet melting in the mouth. The place was hopping and the folks who work there are so friendly with great service. It is highly recommended and totally worth a visit for a wholesome food experience.
