“The first place I've ever had corned beef hash cooked correctly, crispy! This was a delicious diner! The service 10 out of 10! Blueberry pancakes, thick rye toast, eggs and home fries! I can see why it was so busy with locals! We are Floridians traveling cross country in our RV! Maybe can do another breakfast before we leave town! Great job!!!“

“People talk shit on Americans but the truth is we do take a lot of cuisine around the world and kinda step it up. You’ve eaten shawarma all your life, but I doubt you’ve eaten this fresh and good. “I had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. I ordered the eggplant sandwich special and absolutely loves it. The Innovation Cafe was clean, and maintained, and the customers service was outstanding. The staff are friendly attentive and made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this cafe and I look forward to coming back.“

“Wanted somewhere low-key for a friend going through a rough patch and this place was exactly right. Quiet enough to talk, warm enough to feel like a hug. Food was comforting and generous. Staff clocked the vibe and gave us space. Bill was fair. Came in for a meal, left feeling restored.“

“I’ve officially hit my halfway point in my weight loss journey… losing 60 lbs in 6 months. My key to it was not drinking my calories and by sticking to my Panera Diet. Thank you Panera! I want to give a special thank you to the employees at Panera who have given me encouragement along my journey. Eating healthy foods has been key to this goal.“

“My local Panera in Oneonta, NY, is wonderful meeting spot for coffee and lunch dates with friends. But the SOUTH BURLINGTON VT location is where my nephew works. He was hit by a truck on Thursday right in front of the cafe, and the first person to comfort him was Robin! She and ALL the staff at that location have done SO MUCH to help us get thru. We are amazed at how well the organization takes care of its staff. We are awestruck by the love. What an amazing group of people!“
