Only positive thing I can say about company is that employees are polite. Down fall prices doesn't match their menu at all not even close. I ordered a Bacon cheese burger meal which on the menu was only 15.99 which came with fries. Along with a strawberry shake. Which I was expecting it to be maybe 20 dollars tops. Placed an order for 10 people tonight.. some of our food was missing from the order. Also my dinner only had to legs when I asked for two legs and a thigh. When I called, the manager stated that he packed the order correctly and that nothing was missing. Refused to make it right. So I personally will never order here again. I can't speak for my coworkers, but there is still 10 hours in this shift and a lot of hungry nurses thanks to Chicken Charlie.
