“Would have been 5s across the board but there’s never parking and unfortunately we got turned away at 1:15 because they close at 2. ??? Change the hours if you can’t sit people at 1:15. Not cool, we waited in the parking lot til a spot opened only to be turned away 45 minutes before closing. Shame”

“Always great food and great service. I’ve been there at least a dozen times now and can’t say one negative thing. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. Sheri’s is one of my 6 year olds favorite restaurants too”
“I recommend JC’s to anyone that loves good food, excellent service and who believes in supporting local businesses!! This place is top notch!!!”
“Beautiful historic mansion that is well maintained and has great staff. We stayed in the non-mansion portion of the inn and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very quiet. Smart TV made it very easy to temporarily log into streaming services. There are some pastry/muffin style breakfast items available as well as coffee in the lobby. The staff historian gave us an amazing tour of the underground tunnels beneath the mansion, which include a very unique and still working telescope. As with every old building anywhere, there are some dust and cobwebs occasionally in high corners, but it is by no means dirty. Check in/out process is fantastically streamlined. We can’t wait to return and try out one of the mansion rooms”

“I moved up to RI two years ago and I used to love the Chinese spots where I grew up in Houston. Well I can say this blows every Chinese spot I've been to in RI out of the water.
My only complaint would be the bean curd didn't have black mushrooms as it said online, I imagine it might be hard to get ingredients like that out here so I'm not pressed about it. The interior is fine if I compare it to Providence's Chinese spots - clean, just a bit cramped, IMO it's comfortable to wait for your food but if you're looking for the sit down restaurant vibe this wouldn't be it. The Yu Hsiang sauce is absolutely delicious- not as vinegary as I thought it would be based on their description, it's more there just balance out the sweet chili sauce vibe it has, with yummy garlic flavor to boot. Probably gonna order it again on my way home to make my fiancee try it haha”

“During this visit it was relatively slow. Still a good selection of donut options for 4 p.m. on a Saturday. Customer service was fantastic while one was waiting on my decision I encouraged her to do whatever she needed as I considered what I wanted and a second girl came from the back very soon after to ask if I was ready to order. Very polite ladies and the friendliness and care made this visit one that didn't feel rushed at all. The drink Crafter also described the flavor profiles of a couple new drinks that I was debating trying and wanted comparisons to other drinks or flavors they'd encountered in the past that could give me a good idea of what I could expect if selecting one. Today, Sunday, March 3rd, I will be going back to Dunkin' to get one of the drinks. Updates are sure to come.
Parking: The parking is shared with the Penguin Gas Station with which this Dunkin' Donuts is located inside. Upon entering the property there is parking to the far left and far right of the gas pumps and store, with a handful of parking spaces directly in front of the store.”

“Springfield, Vermont. Blink and you’ll miss it. A town where time seems to slow down just enough for people to wave at passing cars and still believe in rotary phones. Right in the middle of it all — smack in the heart of Main Street America — stands a McDonald’s. The only fast-food joint in town for the past 30 years. A monument to consistency. A burger-slinging lighthouse in a sea of general stores and mom-and-pop plumbing outfits.
I went in expecting the usual — a rushed transaction, maybe a half-lukewarm hash brown, and the vague scent of fryer oil clinging to the air like a regret. What I got instead was something dangerously close to hospitality.
The doors opened, and there was Lisa. She didn’t greet me. She welcomed me — like I was a weary traveler arriving at a Parisian bistro, not a guy trying to shake off a hangover with industrial-grade coffee. Her “Hello!” had weight to it. Intention. It was like being seen for the first time after a long journey through flavorless beige.
Lisa knew the menu like a seasoned maître d’ knows the tasting notes on a 2003 Bordeaux. She didn’t just take my order. She curated an experience. I mentioned the steak and cheese bagel — she raised an eyebrow and suggested I try it on a muffin instead. I trusted her instantly. I'd have let her name my children.
Then came the food. That muffin was absurd. Soft. Buttery. Slightly crisped on the edge like it had been blessed by the griddle gods. The steak and cheese? Savory, decadent, with just enough salt to make you sip your coffee like it’s an aged scotch. It didn’t taste “good for McDonald’s.” It tasted good, full stop. Like, “cancel your lunch plans” good.
The place itself? Spotless. I’ve eaten in James Beard Award-winning kitchens that didn’t feel this clean. Hell, I would've eaten off the floor if Lisa gave the okay — and if I’m being honest, I probably would’ve still used a napkin just out of respect.
This wasn’t fast food. This was small-town theater. Comfort. Americana in its purest, most artery-clogging form. Lisa wasn’t working a counter — she was running the show. Holding down the only fast food in town for three decades like a local legend. A culinary general behind enemy lines of corporate blandness, somehow making it human again.
If you’re passing through Springfield and you don’t stop here, you’ve failed yourself. And if you do stop in, tell Lisa she’s the best maître d’ in Vermont — and probably a better chef than half the guys I’ve seen on the Food Network.”

“Rancho Viejo: A Vibrant Family Dinner Experience in Claremont Tucked into Pleasant Street in Claremont, Rancho Viejo Mexican Food & Cantina offers more than just a meal — it delivers a full family dining experience rooted in bold flavor and warm hospitality. From the moment we sat down, the table quickly filled with fresh, house-made chips and salsa — the kind that sets the tone immediately. Crisp, perfectly salted chips paired with vibrant salsa made it nearly impossible to stop reaching for “just one more.” The entrées were beautifully presented and packed with authentic flavor. Grilled steak cooked to perfection, sautéed shrimp bursting with seasoning, fresh guacamole, seasoned rice, and rich refried beans created plates that were both colorful and satisfying. Every element felt thoughtfully prepared and generously portioned. The tacos were layered with fresh ingredients and bold seasoning, delivering that perfect balance of texture and spice that keeps you coming back for another bite. And then there were the drinks. My husband, a self-proclaimed margarita enthusiast, was genuinely impressed. Served in a classic glass with a salted rim and fresh citrus garnish, the margaritas were smooth, flavorful, and expertly crafted. In fact, it was the first time I truly enjoyed the taste of one myself — refreshing without being overpowering. Even the kids were thrilled. My daughter loved her Shirley Temple so much she happily ordered a second. And for the first time in a long time, my son cleaned his plate without a single complaint — something any parent knows is high praise. What elevated the entire evening was the service. Our waiter was attentive, respectful, and genuinely committed to making sure our family was comfortable and cared for. His professionalism and warmth made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. For families looking for bold Mexican flavors, generous portions, refreshing drinks, and welcoming service, Rancho Viejo stands out as a local gem worth visiting. “We both loved our ice creams. Lots of cool flavors and different things to try. I was mostly impressed by the two gals working. It was busy, they made it happen with amazing timing. Other places with less options usually take way longer with the amount of people that were there.”

“Having driven 2 hours to get here I can tell you I'd drive 24 hours straight to have some of their Haggis and sticky coffee pudding. It was everything I've been missing in my life. There are no Scottish pubs in my area and im so lucky to have heard of this place. I will be back till the day I die then im haunting( nicely) this place in my afterlife. 100/10 would recommend to everybody. Friendly staff, cozy interior, and the service was fast! I barely had to wait for my food and came out piping hot.”
“Such a cute hotel! The staff is truly amazing and so kind. We felt welcomed from check in through check out. The breakfast in the more was perfect for post wedding breakfast including the gluten free/dairy free options! Pictures do not do this hotel justice for how cute and comfortable it is. 10/10 Would go back!”

“I stopped by for their fifty cent wings on Wednesday and left impressed. The wings were very good, crispy on the outside and full of flavor. The real standout though was the stuffed cheese bread. It was absolutely incredible, gooey and rich with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I will definitely be back for another round.”
