“I m a big fan of 'Crepes and as a world traveler, I have enjoyed them in Paris, and in other European cities and our Stowe Skinny Pancake, makes the cosmopolitan culinary experience local and delicious. The music is soothing and adds charm to the atmosphere; the cool interior and the lovely, breezy porch for outside dining. Another asset is diners have a selection and choice other than crepes, if so desired. Sean is the manager. He makes on feel at home and brings water to ones dog when dining on the porch, where dogs are welcome and I go everywhere with mine. All in all, I rate the Stowe Skinny Pancake, stellarly and am glad to know it is minutes to town. if one is a visitor, it is walking distance to many hotels and motels. Kudos and keep it coming. The staff Is kind, polite and welcoming though, not assuming. Keep on rocking it!“

“The trout was piquant perfection, asked it to be relayed to the chef, seriously impressed! Paired with a glass of white wine, some kind of blend that was very tasty and loved the sustainability nods. My partner got the scallops with a white ale, and although equally delicious, the trout was our favorite. We sat at the bar with Carl, he was attentive and gave nice service, overall a very enjoyable meal!“

The food was incredible came out pretty quick and our sever Kelsey was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed she also made us laugh quite a bit it definitely was an unforgettable dinner.… they are very lucky to have her there she doesn’t waste any time waiting on her guest will definitely return when we are in town next and we hope to see her again as well“

“This was my Second time eating here. My girlfriend and I love Thai food, so we had to try this place out. I don’t know why the heck there are all these negative reviews on Google when this place is the best place ever. We so far have tried the pad Thai, Crispy duck the yellow curry, chive dumplings, drunken noodles, the Tom Yum soup, and the wings. All these were excellent, and had great flavor. Not overpriced at all, considering the cuisines you are buying. In Burlington, the prices for a Thai place are for sure more expensive. The portion sizes were good and filling. We had enough for leftovers and I eat like a hog so that’s telling you something. The rice was cooked perfectly and all the meat we have had there has been juicy and succulent. Everyone needs to throw this poor woman a bone. She was busy cleaning when my girlfriend and I came in closer to 830, And she put our order in quick and our food was ready in 15 minutes. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, a great spot if you are a couple. Considering that Lamoille county does not have much to offer for takeout, this place is a Homerun in my opinion. I highly recommend it!“
