“The tourist village has mostly subpar and expensive restaurants except Benedict's which stands out as a cozy and delicious breakfast spot.

My "three piggies" skillet was delicious and my partner had the pastrami style salmon bagels which was also very good.

The only downside was the coffee which was average but not very flavorful.

Another nice surprise was not being charged a credit card fee like all the other restaurants in the village.

Overall if you want a good breakfast, this is the place to come!”

“Liz was absolutely amazing. We visited the deli 3 times during our weeks stay. She always welcomes you in with a hello. The sandwiches were amazing. If we ever make it back to Stratton we would definitely visit her ”

“The Everton's are not only bringing us affordable, but closest thing to a home cooked meal. Superb food, tender, just, flavorful. Friendly, go out of there way for customers, they even have warm dining.”

“Creative seasonal menu of delicious fare using lots of local products and prepared with a step above twist! The burgers, saison fries, shorty (shortrib) pie and house chips with VT cheddar cauliflower dip are staples and the seasonal specials, salads and soups never disappoint. Oh, and that Whiskey cake!”

“Stopped by after spending 2 nights at nearby camp. The line was long but the conversations made it fun to wait. Pretty good Iced Chai for hubby & my Iced Maple Latte was delicious and I don’t even like cold coffee! Pleasant service.”

“This little food truck, the NMK .. Nomad Kitchen, with an Asian food menu is a great find outside Wilmington VT. ? Food ingredients were fresh and well prepared. There was a constant stream of locals stopping by for lunch. ..and service was fairly quick given how busy they were. There is an awning over half the outdoor tables, so you are sheltered from the sun or rain. NMK will have you coming back and becoming a regular.”
