Delicious fries and sides including a brussel sprout slaw that even my children will enjoy. Cool vibe and nice beers available to pair with your food. Easy online ordering for quick pick up of food, and plenty of outdoor seating if you opt to dine in. Staff is super friendly and service is excellent.”

“We visited Solo Farm and Table as part of a group of six on a busy Thursday night at the end of October. We were served a set menu of seasonal ingredients, many local and some from the restaurant’s garden, in a beautiful, 19th Century in, cooked with skill and presented with care. Some of our party struggled with the lack of choice, but what we were served was fabulous. A tomato amuse bouche and a squid ink dish will live long in the memory. It was the best meal we ate in our trip through Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. What really stood out though was the joy all the staff brought to their work. This is a wonderful establishment and the team is clearly and justifiably proud of what they serve. It was a privilege to share in it.”

We tried an array of their offerings including coconut chocolate chip, raspberry horn, donuts, and a lemon scone. Each item was a burst of freshness and flavor, clearly made with love and care. The coconut chocolate chip was a perfect blend of tropical and sweet, while the raspberry horn was tantalizingly tangy. Their donuts were light and fluffy, and the lemon scone had just the right amount of zest. We couldn't resist taking some of their delicious cake and chocolate chip cookies for the road. The cozy seating area inside added to the charm, making our visit even more enjoyable. A must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth!”

“Wow! Love this place! Best place I have found in Vermont! I have gone in and had their gigantic breakfast burrito twice! They are the nicest people, great customer service. Went in today and they were busy! Long line but fast friendly service! Today I had the best Philly cheese steak sandwich I have ever had. Add jalapenos of course. I cannot say enough about how great this little spot is. Affordable, delicious, friendly. What more could you want? Feels like you are family when you walk through the doors.”

“We were driving through the area when we realized we needed dinner so we stopped here. They had one thing on the menu, bacon cheeseburgers w/ roasted potatoes, which we took to go. It's small space and they focus on local producers, so I understand having a limited menu that changes daily. They also had a nice selection of packaged items to purchase. We had to reheat the meals by the time we stopped, but they were still delicious! A cozy café and a great way to showcase the local agriculture.”

“I stopped in for dinner while visiting Vermont for work. The interior is beautiful: the dining area is lots of wood and metal with old motorcycles on display, and the bright, clean open kitchen with its gleaming copper oven in the center is great eye candy while you wait for your food.I've never had anything like the eggplant fries, which were crispy just before melting in my mouth, and are a must if you like eggplant. The garlic parmesan cauliflower was crunchy with lots of garlic flavor coming through - a nice "healthy" option. For protein I went with the chicken tenders which were great, but nothing unexpected there.Service was very friendly. I sat at a large common table as the private tables were reserved, but the hostess let me know that I could have a private table if I wanted when a reservation was canceled. My server had a bubbly personality and was helpful in explaining the menu.The crowd was mostly adult, but I noticed a family with kids having a good time. The place is a little noisy, but it's a very positive energy. Prices are very agreeable; I spent more on a similarly sized meal at a chain restaurant in Lebanon, NH. There aren't many restaurants in the area, but this one should have you covered if you're looking for a solid meal with a nifty atmosphere.”

“I am writing this review as someone who did not eat here but was with a group of people who ate here. Walking by this place, it smells AMAZING. Everyone enjoyed the waffles in my group and thought they tasted great. They were quite messy though and you are only given a paper to hold it which definitely made eating this messy. The coffee here was alright, and they unfortunately are not inclusive of people who may have a dairy sensitivity or are vegan. I would have loved to be able to try something here, but unfortunately couldn't. 4/5 stars since the inclusivity isn't there and the coffee was alright, but everyone genuinely enjoyed their waffles. A good option for when you finish going down the slopes at mount snow.”

“Stopped in with my friend for our stay from RI; Went and had a steak and cheese which was excellent!! (Huge may I add) my friend had a French onion soup and was delicious she said!! Highly recommend because I’m a picky one and it was great! The waitress was very nice!”

“Wanted something different before we headed to Killington (after a day of skiing Stratton). This restaurant is a little hole in the wall place, only a couple of tables. Mostly was people waiting to pick up pizza. We didn't feel like pizza so we ordered sweet & sour chicken and a General Tso chicken. The sweet & sour was just okay, sauce was a little watery but the portion was large and hot! The General Tso was great! Would definitely give them a try again! Staff was very friendly and working their butts off!”

“It was a pleasant surprise to find a local spot in Vermont that actually serves Italian style dishes that are comparable to the ones in NJ! The food was great (we had a whole pie with half pepperoni, penne alla vodka with shrimp, and a chicken roll) and the portion was very generous! There were tables to eat in. The only thing that confused us was their menu containing Asian cuisine, along with the Italian cuisine. But yeah, they knew how to cook!The only downside was that the cashier was a bit "out of it" and had no common sense. We are a family of 4 with younger kids. We ordered the food and implied that we'd be eating-in by grabbing a table and settling in (and tipped rather generously) but the food didn't come. After nearly a half an hour, I was forced to check with the kitchen, at which time, they said the food was ready and they were waiting for me. I told them I've been waiting at the table, then they asked me if we were eating in. I told the kitchen staff yes, and they started changing the plates. The cashier? She didn't even care while this was going on.All in all, the food was great and we were happy, except for the cashier's job (or the lack thereof).”

“Hello, this place has put a new A in A game. My family has been coming here fore 30 years plus. We live over 4 hours away and this season blew our socks off. “I have eaten here in the past and it was fine, but my most recent trip was excellent. The restaurant seems to be under new leadership. The menu is great, service exceptional, and food was perfect. I ordered the strip steak and asked for it to be cooked a very particular way. I rarely order steak at a restaurant unless I know for sure it will be great, but I took a chance this time based on the recommendation of the server. The steak was prepared exactly as I asked it to be. But on top of that, the meat was really special. A strip steak is usually a little on the tougher side compared with a ribeye and filet, but this one had the texture of a filet and the taste of a strip. It was also prepared in a way that indicates they are doing something special behind the curtain. They have a flame grill but there was a crust on my steak that indicated they were doing something more than simply grilling it. Maybe it was a butter bath, or the seasoning, but whatever they did it was amazing. It was also a very clean piece of meat, no chewy bits, the fat was trimmed, and it just looked beautiful on the plate. I wish I had taken a photo. Overall, a great experience.”
