“Went to Fat crow last night for our 3rd time. The hostess- who seemed to also be serving as a bartender came over on the phone taking an order. When she was finally done and greeted me I said table for 2. She then asked if I had a reservation. This is where it went downhill. She was incredibly rude. Almost disgusted we would even think this behavior would be ok. She said nope, long wait. I asked what's a long wait... annoyed she answered not till 8. Then when we turned to leave she said you can sit at the bar, I don't have any control of that so... you can wait for a spot to open. There is already one open. But with such a grossed out tone- almost purposely making us feel unwanted. We left. The other two times we have been here- amazing. Once at a table, once at the bar. Great service. Great food. Unfortunately, such a turn off. We drove about 40 minutes to get there, on a Wednesday night after work. To say we were frustrated is an understatement. We ended up at Echo in Brattleboro- $200 for great food and great service. The night turned out great but... check your staff... she could have just said "oh man, so sorry guys. We are packed till 8 on reservations! Any interest in take out?" We would have been sold. Disappointed.“

“I ordered food for a party I was having this past weekend and the food was amazing! The portions were fantastic (had more then enough), all containers were labeled,they provided serving utensils and it was all boxed and ready to go when I got there! They also helped me load it all into my car. So impressed with everything and will definitely be ordering from them in the future for any other gatherings that come up!“

“We serendipitously ran into this wonderful restaurant in Brattleboro, Vermont called High Thai and were so unbelievably surprised by the excellent food and service we got in this establishment. As I initially warned one of the owners, Adam, I am a food snub from NYC where Asian cuisine and its many fusions are plentiful and good but this definitely rivaled any of the best restaurants in NYC.“

“Stopped by on our way up to Franconia Notch State Park. Only ordered the General Tao’s Chicken to go. Was one of the best I’ve had in a long time! It was fresh, hot flavorful and delicious! Although prices for food were a bit on the high side,(that’s really everywhere these days) it was a good value as they gave generous portions.

The lady who served us was friendly, welcoming and a true delight to interact with! Service was fast and she even smiled as she put my fortune cookie in the to go bag!

“Wow! Holyoke Hummus Company makes an excellent sandwich in the form of The Kitchen Sink.
The Kitchen Sink was especially tasty because the texture and flavors balanced one another in a delicious way . The sandwich had this incredible falafel, hummus, grape leaves, and crunchy vegetables.
I am amazed how they did all that in a food truck!

“We got raw Pad Thai made with kelp noodles, it was creatively fun and had a good spiciness. The Nori roll appetizer was also tasty and filled with nutrition. Golden milk rounded the meal out, which was just the right balance of sweet and spiced. Feeling a nice buzz after the meal, not too full but satiated. Staff is nice and we have a seat looking over the water.“

“Brueggers Bagels are probably the most delicious bagels in Brattleboro. Unfortunately they don’t have many vegan options but I like their bagels so much I am still giving them a high rating.

Their customer service is wonderful. The people working there are always friendly and even when it’s busy things move fast!

“Rating this place mostly on the food, I have to give it 5 stars. The atmosphere may be lacking, but finding sushi anywhere near this quality is difficult in New England. I am very particular about sushi and have tried dozens of restaurants in NH and Mass as well as while traveling to Japan, and I must say this place is in my top five experiences in New England.“

“We came for lunch because my mom wanted pizza and beer, and I wasn't execting much to be honest. But right when we walked in we were greeted by the friendly lady at the to-go counter and she seated us quickly. The bartender was our server and he was also very friendly, and a quick walker. It's nice to get a server who hustles even when it's not too busy. He recommended a good beer, we ordered, and our food came out quickly. It looked and tasted great. Our server stopped by our table several times to check on us. I was happy with our experience, we would come again.“

“The service was terrible. We waited over an hour for our meal. My salad came after my meal was delivered. The meal was cold. It had been sitting for a very long time. The hostess finally delivered it. The chicken tenders were way over cooked. The waitress avoided us all during the meal, never came back to see if ever was ok. It was not ok. She snuck the check on our table. This is the worse experience ever in a restaurant and ruined our meal out.“
