“Of my favorite spots in Amherst is Lili's it is a quick bus ride away from UMASS and it is worth the trip! Two of my favorite dishes are the stewed beef noodle soup and scallion pancakes. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy.“

My sister ordered the pizza a white pie with onions and prosciutto . It was delicious. My sister and I shared a BLT that was loaded with bacon and a big slab a tomato. It was absolutely delicious,The bread was exceptional. My mother ordered a turkey BLT and experienced the same for her sandwich, my father ordered a turkey Reuben and enjoyed every bite. “We we're on a road trip and came across this BBQ place. Very local. The bbq was absolutely phenomenal and the people were so kind. We came with a 3 month old baby also and we didn't feel like an inconvenience. We were seated promptly and our order was taken. The bbq was hot fresh tender and large portions for sides. Who I think was the owner made rounds to converse with people and it was so genuine. There's a bar area to the left and dining to the right. Very family oriented and I'm sure it stays packed. Would definitely come again. Definitely a 💎 gem.“

We also had veggie dumplings that were a meal in themselves, and we had the sesame noodles…also very tasty! The all-day combo is so affordable, with a lot of options. We like the General Tso's Chicken, Mapo Tofu, Beef Teriyaki Skewers, Poached Chicken over Rice, and Crab Rangoons, but you can't miss with anything here. “this is one of my favorite places to go for Gluten-free food. I love their East West burrito bowl with extra veggies and my boyfriend always gets the beef brisket burrito with bacon (he adds it.) One time he got the burrito and he realized he didn't like the thick grilled onions in it. I wrote in explaining the onions were cut very thick (I know that writing in to complain is a bit dramatic but I also praised how much we love their food.) well, they edited their online ordering to include an option to select "no onions." we eat there at least once a week because the prices are so reasonable with quality of food top notch. 5 stars!“

The Culinary Arts Department at the Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School operates a student-run restaurant three days a week, Wednesday through Friday of most weeks, from 10:45 AM to 12:30 PM. The students, under the supervision of three chef instructors, learn every aspect of food preparation and service. There is menu service on Wednesdays and Thursdays and an all you can eat buffet on most Fridays, which is currently priced at only $15.00. The menu changes weekly and is posted online. This is genuinely one of the hidden gems of the Pioneer Valley.“

“The owner and the manager and waitresses were very rude very unprofessional.My daughter in-law went there 2 years ago said the service and food was great My son and daughter in-law and I went there on Saturday 11-8-2025 It was about 15 or 20 minutes to order then when we did order we waited over 1hour 15 minutes to eat the food was luke, warm. My daughter in-law bit into a clam strip and thought she broke her tooth she was afraid to eat anymore we had seafood the way it came out the food was saturated from the frying oil like it hadn't been changed in weeks I had coleslaw that had a fish taste to it like it was stored with open fish in the fridge we asked to speak to the manager when she finely came over she wanted the food my daughter in-law spit out in the napkin so obviously. the manager didn't believe her I ask to have her meal comped the manager left never came back I asked to speak to the owner eventually The owner came over was disrespectful rude and very unprofessional, for an owner of a restaurant. first of all, the kitchen was backed up.He should have been in the kitchen helping the cooks second of all he shouldn't have told me to get out of his restaurant the way he did.....“

“Every Thursday is Chicken Tenders Night for the squad. I'm reviewing this on a Monday even though Chicken Tenders Night is on Thursday, that's how much I'm looking forward to Thursday! Nothing beats onion rings and chicken tenders. My friends and I all live in Southwest, but we make the trip to Worcester ever week. We basically walk a mile from our dorms just to get to Worcester! It's our late night ritual.. I recommend always getting honey mustard and blue cheese. Sometimes I tell my friends that I can't talk right now because all I want to do is eat and wait in line for the next batch of chicken.“

“I've been to Ginger Garden plenty of times over the years, primarily to eat in the dining room. The food and service is usually pretty good. We stopped in tonight (8/4/26 8PM) for takeout, which isn't really typical for us. We sat at the bar while waiting for the food, and there were two young women working the cash register/bar area. They were absolutely delightful. Just wanted to point out how nice they were. I'm sorry to say that I didn't think to ask for their names.“
