“Cute little roadside drive-in. Not really modernized, more of a off-the-beaten-path-oldie vibe. Very uniquely decorated with yellow and red painted walls.
Don't let that fool you about the food and service available here. The reviews and stars are telling the story. More than just a simple menu for a drive-in type of place. Many uniquely featured items assembled on the menu. Had burgers that didn't disappoint. Fries also good. Service was very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied and just what we needed while traveling on vacation covered bridge hunting.”

“We meet family from CT occasionally for lunch here (we live in Barre, VT). Have never had a bad meal here, and we've worked our way all around the menu. The staff is always kind and friendly. This time, it was obvious that the staff was very busy, but they stayed friendly and worked hard to serve us well. We were disappointed that you had run out of the crab cake special, but there are plenty of good alternatives on the menu. We also like being able to sit outside on the lawn while we waited for people to arrive and then after our meal. It is just a very comfortable place to be!”

“Visiting the area for the first time and gave them a try. The staff was very friendly, happily answered our questions about sizes and ingredients and contents, and helped us optimize our order and came to check on us while we dined-in. Had beef and broccoli, general tso chicken, fried rice, egg rolls and pork wontons.

The beef and broccoli was perfect. Brocoli was tender but crunchy and flavorful, the sauce was fairly ideal, the beef was appropriately melt in your mouth.

The wontons were fresh from frier and delicious.

The egg rolls were middling but better than I can do at home so a win.

The rice was tasty with a variety of vegetables added in. The bean sprouts were a nice touch.

The general tso was breaded and fried perfectly, my only disappointment was the sauce. General Tso varies wildly from place to place and this version was sweeter and tangier than my ideal, I prefer it slightly less pineapple and more heat, but I knew the risk going in. Wouldn't order it again here but wouldn't call it bad, either and would definitely eat here again and try other items.”

“Walked In to pick up my Togo order & was FLOORED at how packed it was. I have never seen It that busy. Felt like I should’ve jumped in & helped somehow. Haha. Hostess was sweet & gave me a big smile when I asked if they were ok. She assured me that they were fine. The young lady at the Togo counter was friendly, grabbed my last minute cake slices, & all with a smile on her face. As busy as it was, I would’ve understood if my pizza was over or undercooked but it was cooked to perfection. That crust yall is amazing. The entire staff was going 90mph & all seemed to be working so well with each other. Props to a fabulous staff on a holiday weekend featuring peak foliage.”

“Understandable it was busy, we were a 4 top, then a 2 top sat next then a 6 top. They took the 6 tops order, then the 2 top, then our order. Waited for over an hour for food. Very attentive, keep coffee topped off, the kids that were working were kicking butt. Just wished they took orders in order of sitting.”

“I have been going to or ordering from Tremont for many years. I understand being busy, but over two hours for a burger and a sub is a bit ridiculous. I called and asked for eta after an hour and a half, all I got was it's going to be on the next delivery run. Not real apology. I'm not impressed at all.”

“Chicken Carlo was good. Large portions. Came with fries and half of a fried chicken. Chicken was delicious and juicy but the fries were overcooked. My wife had spinach and black bean lasagna it was overcooked and dry out crispy and not tasty. Should have sent it back but it was long in waiting to be served. Portions was small.”
