“Walked in with my 11 year old on a busy Sunday morning. We expected that it would be busy. we did not expect the brown haired unfriendly waitress to stride over and promptly start yelling at us for basically being there. Immediately without us saying one word she launched into a tirade saying that "there were tables but there would be at least an hour wait for food and see all those tickets up there? (motioning to the kitchen) It'll be at LEAST an hour if not more if people order pancakes." We stood there stunned and she continued "At least I told you." We said okay and motioned that we were gonna leave as she strode off. I told her that at least she could have been nice about it but she was already ignoring us. Wtf?? We went and waited at the Blue Benn because we are civil people and eventually got busy but rational service.“

“LOVE Mount Anthony Country Club. Beautiful course. The views are unbeatable. I’ve golfed, attended weddings, held company parties (adult only AND kid-friendly), and put on tournaments here. Maru, Tara, and Andrew are wonderful. Josh and his team make tournaments so easy, fun, and stress free. The whole crew is always extremely helpful and accommodating to whatever we need or request, even last minute. Thank you guys!!“

“We attended the Hemmings Cruise In last night. Stopped into Madison Brewing for dinner. The place was packed. We sat at the bar, had a couple of beers an app and dinner. Beer was excellent, food was great but one meal easily is enough for two. Bartender was swamped but very good, attentive and her recommendations were tops! Recommended if you're in the area!“

“We had the most delicious meal tonight. The prime rib was perfectly prepared, my husband’s lobster mac & cheese was rich and decadent. Our server Sherry was attentive and very pleasant. The host Rachel was the best. She sat us at a table with a lovely view of the mountains and the Bennington Monument. It was the perfect way to spend our romantic getaway in Vermont!!“
