“We arrived at 5pm when the restaurant just opened on the first Saturday in October, they were pretty full with reservations but managed to give us 2 bar seats. The host was very kind to give customers they turn away with a handwritten list of recommended restaurants around the area. Service at the bar table was slow for ordering as we can only order food from the bartender, who was busy making cocktail drinks for customers first. We came to try the Neapolitan pizza it was good! Love the fall decorations of the building.“

“On the 4th of July 2026, we were not sure what to eat. We reluctantly saw this place and it was the best decision we ever made. The food was outstandingly. We went back the following day for dinner. We had the Shrimp Lo Mein and Chicken fried Rice. I never tasted Chinese food this good. They were very pleasant people and treat us with respect and very tentative to make sure we had a good experience. One thing I learn is never judge a book by its cover. Great food“

“OK – nobody’s probably going to believe this, but I am from Atlanta Georgia and was visiting Quechee with a few friends – I’ve been there before, but never been to the Skinny Pancake. I went in to get a latte to go and my friend just about crashed the car when I yelled “Oh my God” while drinking it in her passenger seat. She said, “what’s wrong?” and I said “nothing‘s wrong, everything’s right – this is the best latte I have had in years!!” And too bad we were on our way out of town!
