“I have been here many times, through a few evolutions of three menu, and it hits every single time. Sometimes I just want to be full after a meal, that can be found anywhere - but when I want to feel good, satisfied, and truly fulfilled with a dining experience, Admiralty is where I go. The drinks are on point, and never disappoint. The service is top notch; the likes of which is harder and harder to find nowadays. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The only critique I could ever come up with would be that I want more items on the menu, only because I want to try every flavor they come up with. Keep doing what you’re doing Admiralty, and I’ll keep coming back!“

“Such an incredible place to spend our 7 year anniversary. The staff working that night gave us the best experience we've ever had in Whatcom County at any restaurant (both my husband and I were born and raised here)! Everyone was so kind and friendly. Service was exceptional! Such a fun atmosphere to celebrate and have a special night out together. The staff all took the time to sign a sweet card for us too before we headed out. Can't wait to go back. In addition to the great reviews of the front of house crew working that night, the kitchen staff made us an incredible dinner of wontons and their hot noodle dish. “Our Pug Rescue- Evergreen Pug Rescue recently held an event here and it was a 10/10 experience. Loved the selection of beer and cider to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and Shannon who called out the bingo numbers was hilarious. Loved that our pug Gloria got to run around and meet all the other dogs and people.“

Also massive shoutout to their caesar salad, because it comes PILED HIGHHHHH with finely grated parmesan cheese (which is my new favorite way to eat a caesar).

“This place does pizza so differently from other spots in town and it's AWESOME! Love that you can either get a whole pie or individual slices and love how fun the different menu items are. I never would have thought to put HUMMUS of all things on a pizza, but their hummus + goat cheese pizza is easily one of my top 10 things to eat here in town. Also, they have a baller cocktail menu and the crew there is always so welcoming and fun to visit with. 10/10!“

“This is seriously a great space for a company outing, date night, or afternoon/evening activity with friends! They have 14 different pinball machines (all maintained by the Bellingham Pinball Collective) with various movie and video game themes, and are such a blast to play! Plus, they've got great food and drinks to enjoy either standalone, or while you're pin-balling upstairs. We had a blast here and 1,000% recommend it to everyone else in town.“

“Recently attended and helped plan a small wake for my friend’s father. My friend and I spoke with Garrett at the bar two days before the wake to let them know we’d be coming and he put us in touch with the owner Molly.
Both were beyond helpful, happy to assist and Molly followed up with me the day of the wake to ensure everything we would need was taken care of.
The night of the wake was great. Austin was the bartender working that night, knew we were coming and kept food and drinks moving throughout the evening. There was an Irish band playing traditional tunes and it made the atmosphere perfect.
The attention to detail in this bar is fantastic. If you’re looking for a cookie cutter Irish bar, this ain’t it. If you want an experience that closely mirrors a true Irish bar, you’ve found it.
Molly is an amazing bar owner, her staff is impeccable and the whisky choices are excellent!

“Such a great downtown spot! We stopped in for happy hour and were really impressed.

The appetizers were delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was excellent.

The biggest surprise for me was the mocktail — genuinely the best mocktail I’ve ever had. So many places treat the non-alcoholic option as an afterthought, but this was fantastic.
Great happy hour, great food, great drinks, and a really nice atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!“

“The Den is by far my new favorite bar in town! The vibe fits pretty much any need you might have: want to catch a game in a non-obnoxious sports bar? Want to grab a couple drinks and catch up with a friend, play some games at the couches, or just sit at a table? The Den has it all. Old video games, comfy couches, privacy, friendly staff. The vibe is well curated without feeling forced, you can tell the bar was designed with love and comfort in mind. Our usual bartender, Nathaniel, always has our drinks ready right when we walk in, is attentive and welcoming. And trivia at The Den is some of the best organized games in town, no confusing rules or lame questions - Craig always keeps it fresh and fun. We love it here, and I think you will too!“

As a redhead, I’ve always been cautious about trusting someone with brow color, but she understood exactly what would look natural with my hair and skin tone. “A no frills dive bar with 1 air hockey table, 1 skeeball machine, and 2 pool tables in the back. Tons of seating. Free popcorn from a machine you scoop yourself! Small staff working there was very nice. There's a change machine for you to get coins to play games.“

“I try to go to BBGs at least once a week for the last several months. I spend on average about $100 for food, a couple of drinks, pool and that includes another person. Drink prices can be on the high side but i find their prices tend to be less dynamic than the Royal for example (around the block). But the bar still banks on the dynamic price scheme several nights throughout the week - with prices increasing for some reason as the night progresses. Jim, Matt, Hailey to name a few awesome staff. NAM too.

If it were my bar, i'd probably upgrade a few of the tables. The place makes money and has minimal staff. Interactions between bartenders/servers therefore is limited, even if sitting down at a table or the bar. The food has been average compared to places like the Horseshoe (where they have several cooks and a larger kitchen). However the place can get kinda rowdy during holidays when college kids come out in groves. Otherwise it's a good time overall and i have had no problems with any folk who hang out there.

Reservations arent needed. Except one or two nights a week might fill up from walk-ins and League/pool tourny players. Tuesdays for tournaments. But the way around that is by playing within the tournament (if time allows, because if you are winning, it could take hours to play through)“

“The restaurant has a beautiful view, and the food is tasty, although I think the prices are a bit high. The chairs are uncomfortable, and sometimes the tables feel a little sticky, but they offer a great variety of drinks. As for the fish and chips, the fries were a little too salty and overcooked. Other than that, everything was good.“

You can definitely tell they use high quality ingredients and I love the variety of specialty burgers/sandwiches they offer. Their fries are also phenomenal; a thick curly potato that go amazing with their ranch. The shakes are great, and their cocktails are fun and are always great pairings with our entrees. They additionally offer a veggie pattie/vegetarian-friendly burger option for vegetarians which is awesome, and the service there is always phenomenal. Definitely a go to spot in my opinion!
