“*update: I went back to give Haidilao another try and I must say thank you Ray & William. You guys brought back the vibe that we are used to. We had a splendid time and the service was amazing like always. I want to thank Haidilao for reaching out to me personally to clarify any issues prior and I must say I'm a fan again. William did an outstanding service and we had a blast celebrating a bday there. Will definitely be coming back!!!! We love Haidilao 💜
Previous Rate: I've never been disappointed in Haidilao!! Tram our waiter made a huge mistake.
Usually you'd come to see the robots bring your food to your table but she grabbed our food and brought it straight and I asked if she can bring the food with the robot because that was the whole purpose to eat at Haidilao! So disappointed. Also Tram didn't ask us to hurry up but mid way through our meal she brought our receipt and we didnt stop ordering but never had the issue at the Seattle or bellevue location...... I am truly upset & disappointed“

“Went here for Valentine's Day at 9 pm, about a 15-30 min wait, they gave my girl a rose when we sat down. There are SO many options for broth, meat, vegetables, tons of seafood and tofu options. It took us at least 15 mins to decide what we wanted. No cold desert options after 9 pm. Still gave us the free soft serve at the end though.
If it's your first time, highly recommend basic bone broth/spicy broth duo, pork and beef combo ring, cabbage, yam sticks, dumplings, udon noodles. For just broth n meat and no extras, expect to spend about $30-$40 total. All extras cost about $4.50-$12.
Highly recommend the fried rice cakes for desert.
For sauce bar, mix peanuts, peanut/sesame paste, a little chilli oil, a little oyster or hoisin sauce, green onions, cilantro, with a little soy sauce, (optionally add vinegar).
The servers don't check up on you too much after ordering unless it's to refill your broth. You can take everything leftover home, including broth for round 2 at home. 10/10 highly recommend.“

“I had a great experience here for hot pot! The prices are really reasonable, and the food was delicious. The service was okay, but it was a bit crowded since we went just before Christmas, so I understand. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“$14.99 per lb. Plenty of options to fill your bowl. Bone broth 2 star was what and my girlfriend ordered. It wasn’t too hot but very tasty.
They have many multiple broth options, besides the bone broth.
Seating is very limited, would recommend going non peak hours. You can also get take out at this place.
Definitely would go again.“

“BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. You get delicious authentic hot pot plus a side of KBBQ. We chose the all-you-can-eat for about $30 a person.
The meat was fresh and they had incredible quality cuts. All you can eat hot pot, bbq, plus sauce, drinks, and ice cream.
Service was also great - they checked on us often and keep the restaurant very clean.“

“This feels like a hidden gem? The food and service were good. We had complimentary hot tea, hard to enjoy on a warm day but welcomed. I ordered the garlic eggplant, water boiled fish, and one of the lamb dish that had onions. Everything came out so delicious and as I expected from previous sichuanese restaurant experiences. The food is served family style on a large plate with one serving spoon. It can be difficult to eat the food with chopsticks as it gets oily real quick but they provide a spoon upon request. I would love to come back as often as possible if I were closer. It's also pretty affordable for the amount of food received.“
“Qingshu Hot Pot is a malatang - “you pay for what you eat” - style restaurant. You grab a plate and tongs, select your ingredients for your hotpot soup, and the staff weigh your ingredients to determine the price. The base price is $14.99 / 1lb and the minimum weight you can get is 0.8 lb.
They had a decent variety of ingredients spanning from vegetables, noodles, protein, and seafood. Some of the ingredients had labels (the meats and several of the seafood options) but some others did not, so as long as you’re familiar with what malatang restaurants generally serve, then picking the right ingredients that suite your palate shouldn’t be too difficult. Hopefully as the restaurant gains more recognition, the ingredient variety can expand. One of the favorite toppings was the mochi fish cake (tastes nothing special but had a unique texture) and the lobster ball (fishball filled with lobster flavored roe).
Broth selection was vast with a whopping 9 different broths to choose from. After paying for the meal, the staff cooks your ingredients with your chosen broth and they bring your bowl to you. Mid-meal, the staff brought me the noodles they forgot to put into my soup and they were very apologetic about it. Funnily enough, I didn’t even notice they forgot my noodles but seeing how quick they were to address the mistake shows how much they put in towards giving their customers the best service.
Overall, my experience visiting Qingshu Hot Pot was a good one. I recommend people to visit here! :)“

“Noah made our first experience here unbeatable. He explained everything well, lighthearted, and provided tons of entertainment. I really enjoyed his attitude and felt he brought the experience up a level. This is in addition to the good food and available options. Very delicious and great atmosphere as well, I was really impressed with the decoration. But Noah really stole the show. Cheers Noah!“
