“Amazing customer service! We went through the drive thru and after paying we were told to pull around to wait for our food. We were waiting for quite awhile so we went in to see what was going on. Not sure what happened but something had happen with one of the other employees which delayed our order. The girl that was handling it was AMAZING! We didn't get her name but she had brown hair, with a blonde streak. We just wanted to give her a shout out cause she made a rough situation into a positive one. She was professional, kind, and doing such a good job handling a short staffed situation in a busy environment.“

“I've always had great service at this location, but couldn't say that about the other one near Francis and Division.
Bought the Smash Jack Munchie meal and had fast and friendly service. I went after the lunch rush with no delays. The munchie smash jack was great, fresh and well presented. I went with a large drink so all cost $16. This is the big $75K promo so you get a ball in a cup with a pin and a scan QR code that lets you enter there drawing for the big cash. We'll see if i'm lucky, very easy to enter.
Tacos and Smash sliders were great, very filling with fries. I love the tacos on the side, tacos were the first experience I had with Jack's when I was at my military training in Arizona in 1974.
Thought the smash Jacks were missing the pickles but after taking a bite I could taste them and all was well.“

“Hands down this is the best Jack in the box the people through the drive-thru are incredible and just the service provided from Orlando this evening is impeccable.

Everybody is in such a rush that customer service is forgotten about quite often and so I truly appreciate the smile and the friendly service.

“The location is not great but the employees are friendly and do their best even when it is busy and they appear to be under staffed ( not always but it has been noticeable at times). All and all it's Jack in the Box either you like it or you don't.“

“Food was absolutely fantastic like it is every time I choose this jack in the box, we had an amazing worker who was extremely friendly and nice, I don’t know the workers name but he had dyed platinum hair and looked about 19, great worker he deserves a raise“

“This morning I stopped in to pick up an Uber order. The lobby was closed and the drive through told me to wait in the parking lot for the kitchen to prepare the order. I just thought they were totally cool and did everything according to what was expected to get the job done. I wasn't asking for a miracle or a cure for the common cold, and I'm not much of a needy person., but thankful instead. Thanks Jack-n-the-Box for being such a totally awesome bunch.“

“Gotta love fast food being fast they usually have low lines but the food is good and quick service, even had a really cool employee give me a coupon because their money machine was down and I had went to an atm and came back so great customer service rewarding customers for the tiny bit of difficulty but overall every time Ive gone its fast, easy, and pretty cheap.“

“I like this jack in the box its in a great spot. I like the curly fries. I tried the smash burger it was delicious. Good milkshakes and I like the jumbo jack and sourdough jack. The staff is friendly courteous and professional. They have a fast drive thru and great desert options.“
