“Dinner felt like a culinary journey through the forest. I had the duck breast, which was cooked to perfection. My wife had the salmon, which had a perfectly crispy skin and paired amazingly with garnishes highlighting northwest ingredients. Breakfast the next day (smoked salmon hash) was also fantastic, and the servers were excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised to find such amazing quality food in a quaint lodge in the middle of the rain forest. It's absolutely worth a stop if you are in the area.”
