“Not just THE BEST buttermilk biscuits, but the best GLUTEN FREE biscuits! I ate them too fast to take a photo and will be ordering more! The bacon in the MacGregor was perfect and I loved the cheese on the Pike. They're crispy on the outside, perfect for your favorite toppings, and flakey on the inside. I took them home and they paired well with breakfast and the chili I had for dinner. Huge thank you to the staff for the recommendations! If you haven't been here, what are you waiting for?“

“Awesome biscuits. Had the cheesy gritty gravy biscuit (probably not word for word from the menu). Wish I could've eaten it inside, but there are tables and chair on the sidewalk, which turned out to make for a nice morning. The area is a little questionable...not dangerous though. Security hangs out nearby, and I never felt threatened...Just including this for families with kids. No ding on the restaurant's rating!!“

“Maybe it's the person I went with, but absolutely loved it. Staff was kind, food was good... and if you're into people watching??? This place is the hit. I came late late night, so the atmosphere was different than it is in the daytime, I'd imagine and HOPE. All in all, I'm coming back!“

“We placed our order, waited on hour. The waitress was a mess. I'm not sure if our ticket was ever given to the kitchen. We left without eating. The waitress did charge us for the tea my friend ordered. Never again.“

“Very cute mom and pop type breakfast diner. Service was quiet and considerate, and was greeted almost immediately upon entering. I was offered coffee or water (not sure if there were other options) and a menu. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. Being from the south, I had high hopes for this dish. The eggs were amazing and only needed a little salt and pepper. The scones in the entree were a little grainy but overall very nice. And the gravy was well seasoned. I would have loved if sausage gravy was an option, but I know that is a personal preference. Overall, I believe I may have found my new favorite breakfast spot.“

“A search for breakfast in Seattle led us to an unexpectedly wonderful experience at Redtrees. After being rudely dismissed from a nearby cafe, the warm welcome we received here was a breath of fresh air. We didn't realize it was in a hotel until we arrived, and though we were dressed for moving, the staff didn't bat an eye.
Our server, Titi, was the highlight of our visit. She greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and happily seated us at a comfortable couch table. Throughout our meal, her service was attentive, joyful, and simply above and beyond anything I've experienced, even in high-end restaurants. The food was also fantastic and served with surprising speed. Redtrees, and especially Titi, turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight of our trip.“

“This was the cleanest ihop I ever been in. Immediately greeted at the door and seated in a completely empty restaurant. Service was fantastic but was curious why it wasn't busier on a Thursday night. Food was hot and fresh and never had to ask for a refill. I will visit again“

“Edit: taking down 1 star out of frustration with the take-out/Doordash option. The pick-up shelf is right by the front door, where orders are often mixed up, if not outright stolen. Please make pick-up more secure. It’s frustrating to have to wait 2x time for my order to be started over.
5*! My family loves the apple pancake, and I love the Dutch baby, especially with cinnamon sugar. These take extra time to make but worth the wait.“

“I'm a fan of pancakes and I've tried more than 10 IHOP restaurants all over the country.
I've been to this store twice and the pancakes provided by this IHOP is the BEST ever! The pancakes are fluffy and the edges are crispy. LOVE IT!“
