“Their donuts were great! The woman behind the counter was very patient with me as I chose my half dozen donuts. They make a great gift too!
The glazed twist was perfect! And the chocolate ones were good. I liked their latte as well.
Overall perfect!“

“We ordered the crème brûlée tiger sugar w/boba, a milk tea, a dozen donuts, and a cheese rice dog. It was great ordering from the kiosk, but the interface could definitely be more user friendly. It was $35 for a dozen donuts that were doughy and had an unbalanced topping to donut ratio in terms of flavor… which felt “meh”. The cheese dog was novel. Drinks were definitely the strongest offering from here.“

“Just recently decided to stop by this place and have been coming back ever since. The people that attend the place are more than great and price and quality of the donuts and coffee are very good. I safely can say I switched Starbucks for Aurora “

“I’ve never had vegan brioche donuts before but these were amazing. They’re super dense, rich, and buttery with simple but excellent flavors. If you’re vegan this is likely one of the best donut options in the area for you so don’t miss out!“

“I am a snob for a particular type of donut: some call it the cinnamon roll, coffee roll, or Pershing. It's *not* a cinnamon bun, it's a delicious swirling glazed donut with cinnamon and a slightly crisp exterior and soft chewy interior. I've tried at least a dozen donut shops in Seattle looking for the best cinnamon roll, including popular local donut spots, and this place has the best. I make a trip here just for that donut and least once a week. The apple fritter is amazing too. and the vanilla frosted with sprinkles. and the cinnamon sugar cronut.... and All of their donuts are amazing.“

“Stumbled upon this shop today, 11/23/24 and saw the donuts through the window. It’s a small cute shop and the donuts are delicious! In the photo (yes I have tried each) are the triple chocolate, the vanilla old fashioned, the chocolate covered vanilla old fashioned, and the Georgette. All of them taste fantastic!! 10/10 no notes!“

“We come here every Saturday after hockey class, and the owners are incredibly nice. They offer a variety of pastries—my favorite is the poppy seed cupcake, but my kids love the donuts. I think we’ve tried almost everything they have! If you stop by around noon, they’re nearly sold out.“

“Bought my donut, thought it magically spawned bc the guy working the register was so speedy, dropped my donut on the floor, guy working the register was super sweet and insisted on replacing my donut but I said no and still ate the floor donut, floor donut still slapped harder than my cat when she’s mad. Absolute W.“

“My first time in. We flew into Seattle instead of the Vancouver airport so I wanted to stop here. Loved the location and walkability/easy parking, and the atmosphere of this place. We were greeted by a super friendly staff member who apologized for the lack of variety this morning -- we arrived at 10:40 (Friday morning) and he said it had been an unusually busy morning. I still thought there was a great selection; I didn't even realize they were low so I'm just imagining what it's like at full capacity.
When we first walked in, I knew to expect a cool book vibe (I have a doughnut cookbook from this company so they talk about it in the intro) but it was even cooler than I expected. Very warm, retro, and cozy. It doesn't feel like one of several locations; it feels like a chill neighborhood single-location shop. I definitely wanted to hang out and look at the books (which you can pull off the shelf to read) but we had to hit the road for Vancouver, so we just did take-out.
The guy who served us was so dang friendly and helped suggest what we should try by taking us through the doughnut hole selection (which I just realized are called "pot holes" - ha! clever).
We got the basics since I was super curious what I should be expecting when I use the cookbook again. The doughnuts were room temp by this time of day (expected) but there was still a nice crunch on the exterior and soft interior. My favourites were the old fashioned, powdered sugar, and cinnamon sugar. Least fave was the chocolate with chocolate glaze (but I've actually never had a chocolate doughnut I've loved even though I'm otherwise a strictly-chocolate dessert fan). The orange and chocolate was really good but a little too sweet for me, although the flavor of the orange really hit and the texture was great. It wasn't achingly sweet, but I preferred the old fashioned's level of just-sweet-enough.
They do also have filled doughnuts (like Bavarian cream) as well as bars (like maple doughnut bars), and coffee etc.
I'd like to come back mid-week early morning to see the full display of doughnuts!
Parking: We pulled right up in front at 10:40am on Friday, not sure how it is at other times.“

“I have seen the light, and it is deep-fried. Nestled in Burien’s downtown, this unassuming donut sanctuary has been serving up sugary enlightenment for over two decades. The counter guy—friendly and efficient, like he’s got a sixth sense for sugar-deprived souls—hands over a box that should probably come with a warning label.
It took me 3 years to match schedules but I finally got in! First up: a mochi nut donut, so chewy and perfect it makes me question every basic cake donut I’ve ever tolerated. Then, a bear claw the size of a toddler’s face, its buttery layers whispering sweet nothings to my arteries. Finally, an absurdly flaky, cinnamon-covered creation that crumbled like my willpower. The coffee? Hot. The vibes? Chill. The regret? Nonexistent.“

“The donuts here are really big. But I think the thickness of the donuts takes away from them a little. They all taste good, but I feel like a couple of the ones I tried are missing a little something. If I lived in the area I'd frequent here for donuts though.“

“SO GOOD!!! I got iced donuts and donut holes and they’re SOOOOO, like the texture, flavor everything good and so well priced. The man working at the cash register (the owner I think??) came to take my order as soon as I walked in and when he realized he I wasn’t ready( it was my first time going) he left me alone and let me take my time, I didn’t feel rushed make me feel rushed at all. And I NEVER write reviews but I had to for this one. Definitely will be coming back 100/10 🤩🍩“

“I haven’t been to a Top Pot in a long time. Today however I had two meetings to get through online [yay Zoom!] after an errand at The Landing.
The barista there was super chill; made me one of the best oat lattes - in a ceramic cup - anywhere in South King County. The raspberry donut was the perfect compliment.
So, if you’re in the neighborhood stop by and get a tasty espresso beverage made by a staff who cares about their products and your experience.“

“Absolutely delicious. This place is a blast from the past. Hasn’t been renovated since probably 2002, and it’s perfect that way.If you go around 6 or 7am, the donuts will knock your socks off, and then some. How good are they?I came here for the first time about a week ago—it’s been 7 days and I’ve gone every morning now. The maple bars deserve an award.“

“Top Pot Doughnuts is a great spot to take kids and enjoy some delicious doughnuts. The atmosphere is welcoming, and their selection of doughnuts is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Parking can be a bit tricky, as most nearby spots are reserved by local shop owners, and there are only two parking spots directly in front of the shop. However, the minor inconvenience is well worth it for their Bavarian cream doughnut, which is one of the best I’ve had.“

“Got a couple very different things from this place. One of them was a strawberry shortcake mochi donut and the other was a mozzarella Korean ricedog
Starting with the mochi donut - it wasn't bad, but not my favorite either. I get the concept of this fusion creation, but it doesn't feel fully necessary in my opinion. The doughnut wasn't really fluffy or moist - and it didn't have much of a chew to it. The strawberry flavor was also mild as well
On the contrary, I did find the cheese dog to be a lot better. While it's easy to make something taste good that's essentially fried cheese, I thought the batter on the outside was deep, oily, and relatively crunchy as well. It did a good job sticking to the cheese even after it was pulled apart. The cheese on the inside ended up being melted really well also
Both of these were relatively inexpensive. The rice dog is actually so large and so filling that it can become an impromptu (albeit incredibly unhealthy dinner)
Overall, I don't think I would come here again for the mochi donuts, but the rice dog was actually pretty solid. 7/10“

“I accidentally found this place, searching for light cheesecake, and now I can't get enough of this little cake shop. I've been back 5 times in 3 weeks and I'm not even sweet taste person. And that's their secret. Their Japanese cheesecakes are light, not very sweet and the cream is delicious. I love Mango Honey flavor and the matcha flavor are divine!“
