It offers rewards like a free donut or drink and is a much better system than the old punch card. She took the time to explain it clearly, knew the products, and brought real enthusiasm. Warm yet professional.

I also had the chance to meet Amanda, the district manager, who is clearly doing something right by finding and keeping people like Rebecca. I’ve been coming to this Top Pot Doughnuts location for a long time, and this may have been my best experience yet.

And yes—the specialty donuts of the month are excellent. Bonus points for being a strong local company rather than just another national chain.“

A client after us asked for their lumpia, which is odd but I will have to come back and try that out based on how good the donuts were!“

“Soo good. We came in around lunchtime, and though the cases were empty, there was still a really great selection of donuts on the rack. We ordered three types, a lemon filled, a raspberry filled, and apple fritters. All of them were wonderful, very fresh and soft, with tasty fillings and a good amount, as well. Oh, my, but those apple fritters! Big as a plate, and so good. We ordered two, but they were so big, we split one. 10/10 will do again.“

“Absolutely love this place, the donuts are all very good. My favorites have to be the chocolate glazed cake donut with coconut, Boston cream, and the Apple fritters. The customer service is great and overall very welcoming, family owned shops are definitely the way to go with donuts.“

“alright i am just gonna say it. the tighter hole Krispy Kreme donuts are better. smaller center hole means more actual donut, better structure, and somehow they always seem warmer and softer. the big loose hole ones feel like they lost the plot halfway through. Too much empty space. meanwhile the tighter ones are holding it together, glaze locked in, still got some dignity left. You can just tell they stayed committed to the process.
