Rebecca was helping the guests ahead of me understand the app, which I didn’t even know existed—and they didn’t either. It offers rewards like a free donut or drink and is a much better system than the old punch card. She took the time to explain it clearly, knew the products, and brought real enthusiasm. Warm yet professional.

I also had the chance to meet Amanda, the district manager, who is clearly doing something right by finding and keeping people like Rebecca. I’ve been coming to this Top Pot Doughnuts location for a long time, and this may have been my best experience yet.

And yes—the specialty donuts of the month are excellent. Bonus points for being a strong local company rather than just another national chain.“

“Soo good. We came in around lunchtime, and though the cases were empty, there was still a really great selection of donuts on the rack. We ordered three types, a lemon filled, a raspberry filled, and apple fritters. All of them were wonderful, very fresh and soft, with tasty fillings and a good amount, as well. “Staff are good people. This is our go-to place for office donuts and everyone likes the selection. They do themed donuts when events come around like Seahawks games, holidays, etc.

Parking was great.
The store smelled so yummy, and was very clean.
The great incentive is that if you do the survey on your receipt you get a great discount on your next purchase, but you have to use it within a 3 month period.
We will definitely visit this location everytime we go to the Cemetery.“
