“Young crowd. Very popular place. Noisy. We stood out with our white hair, but were treated so nicely we felt quite at home. The idea seems to be that you drink a lot and eat a little. But it's possible to eat a lot and drink a little. We split a salad. My husband had a Mac n cheese, and I had a brisket ragout. We then split the posset dessert. I had a glass of wine and my husband had a non-alcoholic beer. All of the food was delicious, and so was my wine. The bill (including tax but not tip) came to $115. Recommend!“

It’s under historic panels of glass built into the sidewalks on Pike St. at the Market. “This is a little piece of southern France in an assuming location. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the wines from the Languedoc region, many of which you can’t find anywhere else. And the space felt clean and welcoming. They also have a lovely curated assortment of small bites to accompany your pairing.

When I visited, they had a local chef hosting a pop-up with suggested pairings, and they also have an event schedule for activities like trivia and karaoke. I can’t wait to come back and try their next rotation of wines and maybe sing a tune or two!“

We went there and happened to sit at the bar. Both Lucio and Cole were great, Cole's recommendations for dinner were amazing. They have the best hookahs and the service is great you can feel that the guys are working out of love and passion... No robotic vibes here.
They also have a ton of flavors, Russian tobacco, Indian/Pakistani blends, and they’re always bringing in new ones. You never get bored or stuck on the same flavor because there’s always something fresh and new to try.“

“Elliot Bay Brewing is such a lovely neighborhood-pub atmosphere, with an excellent beer and food menu. With plentiful seating, you can be comfortable eating solo here without feeling like you’re taking up a table (they have a large and comfortable bar seating area), or dining with a small or a large group. I love going to EB year round, but especially in the winter, as the soft lighting and wooden interior gives a cozy vibe for the season. The staff are friendly and efficient.

My only request would be to bring back the house made black bean burger! Death to pitiful frozen veggie burger patties!“

“The food is ok. Nothing extra ordinary, but its really difficult for me to understand why they add 18% tips by default. Even for group of 4 or just one person for that matter. Price of food really on higher side with minimum quantity. Another thing is you cant split a bill. So on one table they only accept one credit card. This place is not for celebrating with friends for that reason.“

“Stayed in the Hilton here attached to the restaurant and had breakfast here every morning. Ramon made our experience so enjoyable. He was our server almost everyday we were there. If he wasn't our server he was making sure we got pristine service. I work in the food service industry and people like him make all the difference. Thanks again Ramon for being amazing!!

“food great. We were going to a 7:30 show and told our server. She was not attentive and delivered the bill slowly. We told her it was our friends 94th bday. She needed a lot of time to walk to Paramount. No response. We had to order a tea from another server. Our server only checked on us once. The rest we had to go find her. Too bad. Could be a great pre show location.“

“Emma Jean was wonderful. It was valentines. It was probably crazy but you'd never know from Emma Jean's demeanor. She made us feel comfortable and never felt like she was rushed or stressed. That doesn't even take into account the food which is always amazing!!“
