“Having lived and worked in Galicia, northern Spain, in the mid-1970s, I fell in love with the local tradition of "Tapas hunting": spending an evening with friends going from bar to bar and partaking of local small-portion cuisine and regional wines. Outside of Spain, I've found very few places that beautifully celebrate that tradition and quality. Bainbridge Tapas does it in spades! Cozy, casual yet eloquent, friendly atmosphere and service, great background music (Flamenco, Gipsy-Jazz, Gipsy Kings). This time I had "Pincho De Carne" - perfectly cooked juicy steak (2 skewers) in a heavenly sauce, accompanied by a generous glass of fine Spanish vino tinto (red wine). Not just a perfect meal, Bainbridge Tapas is a magical journey, a brief retreat to recharge one's hope for this life, this moment in time.Parking: Easily accessible off Madison Street, in Winslow, Bainbridge island.Kid-friendliness: I've seen families with young children dining there, and all seem happy.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire Pavilion building, with theaters, restaurants, businesses, is wheelchair accessibility.“
“We had a lovely lunch in this restaurant. We had a great time with a very pleasant service person. The place was not crowded, we were served quickly at the table. The food was well cooked and tasty, and the restaurant's decoration was really to our tastes. Overall, we enjoyed our food. Give it a try!“

“Bene does it again! Pizza to feed a hungry group of kids! What a feast! And Salad to boot for the adults! We got the fungi and house special for adults and classic meat and cheese pizzas for the kids! The table was so quiet! We highly recommend Bene for delicious take out!“
“Superb food and staff! Excellent cocktail game and I love their Moroccan wines. Brothers Khalid and Aziz are top shelf people and owners. Every time we take guests there for the first time, they love it and often say it was one of their best meals ever! Get the harissa veggie, squid Steak and tenderloin for sure. Great specials always!“
“One of my top Seattle restaurants - space is cozy yet beautiful. So much natural light. Oysters are top tier delicious. Definitely a treat yourself place for us but ALWAYS a great time. We love everything we try here. A great place to take visiting friends and family to showcase delicious seafood and PNW fare. Highly recommend!“
“Went on a Sunday night to their bar area while waiting for my reservation for Walrus and Carpenter. They give you free chips while you sip on your drink.Drinks were really good and the spot was so nice. Felt spacious especially with the wide bar area.If you are waiting for your walrus and carpenter reservation definitely stop here. They will also let you know when your table is ready and can bring your drink to the restaurant once your reservation is ready so you never need to rush. Not that the drink menu here is different from Walrus and Carpenter.“
“Stellar service, stellar food. I'm not much of a pasta guy but the saffron chicken pasta was fantasticUpdate: spicy sausage pizza was fabulous. We ordered the fig salad this time and they botched it but were super kind about taking it back!“
“My fiancé and I stopped at this bar on our visit to Seattle/Washington. We had a lovely time trying wine and Washington ciders, browsing the hiking books, and speaking to the owners. They were very kind and knowledgeable about hiking and plants - two of my favorite things!I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before on google, but I feel like I needed to because this was truly a lovely bar. (And I don’t even like bars very much!)“
“I’ve been coming to Ocho for years and it’s been a while since I’ve been back, and I’m glad I came back! It’s just a great place to get tapas, and it’s rare to find that in Seattle. Looks like they still offer happy hour which is a bonus. This is a great place to share plates and try a lot of variety on the menu. The more you get the more you get or try! It’s a small place so come prepared for that. Smaller groups are better. Drinks are decent as well. The service was top notch! Grab all the things off the menu if not keep going back you won’t be disappointed. Croquetas Borrachas are my fav!“
“Seabird had incredible food and cocktails. It as so fun to take my Pescatarian sister to a restaurant where she could eat everything on the menu! The menu changes with the seasons, but favorites included the 50 carrot mezcal cocktail, a flight of oysters, the ceviche, and rockfish. I was impressed with the balance of flavors in the drinks and dishes. Also noteworthy was the play with texture in the meals. Our bill included two cocktails, two mocktails, three oysters, a salad, ceviche, two fish entrees, an espresso, and a dessert. I was floored that the bill came to just $100/person for two people before tip. What excellent pricing for such a wonderful fine dining experience. Highly recommended! Will go again!“
