Chick-fil-A offers awesome chicken nuggets and the best soft serve, along with excellent chicken noodle soup and the best mints. The food is consistently amazing and always tastes incredibly fresh. The chicken is hot, crispy, and full of flavour, and everything tried has been delicious. The difference compared to a lot of other fast-food places is clear, where the food sometimes feels like it has been sitting around. The service is fantastic, with staff who are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, even when the restaurant is really busy. Orders are gotten through quickly without making the experience feel rushed. The speed of service is impressive, as even when there is a lineup, everything moves incredibly quickly and the food still comes out hot and fresh. The restaurant has figured out how to keep things running efficiently while still providing great customer service. One location struggled to keep up with demand, as the store is small for the volume of customers it sees. A milkshake sat unclaimed at the pickup window for 45 minutes, and staff appeared genuinely overwhelmed. However, a later visit showed the location doing a lot better, with fast, correct, and delicious food orders and a very clean inside and washrooms. The only complaint is that the customer service for the drive through is so fast that customers are asked for their order before they can see the menu. Delicious food leaves customers wanting more.
