“Highly recommend the one in Black Diamond. The store staff is wonderful and chicken was fresh and hot and was delicious. We first went to the Maple Valley location and the girl was rude and no chicken was available because she wasd the only one there and didn't want to make it, she said. So we walked out, as she was texting on her phone. We then went to the BD location and have been back 3x's since.“

“This location is great, my complaint is more about all chick fil a locations, mobile ordering often takes longer then just ordering at the restaurant. Everytime I use mobile ordering im waiting much longer then people who just drove through and ordered. So you better off just ordering when you get there“

“I came with two of my friends and we had a great time. We got the food and it was absolutely spectacular! We got the chicken strips and boy were they crunchy. Also, remember to add that original sauce to the strips. 5/5 all the way. KFC can NOT compete.“

“My order was not what i expected. I ordered the Cantina Crispy Taco, it was disgusting! And was NOT crispy it was moist and more like a soft taco. I went back to location and Karen was excellent!!! After seeing the situation she quickly resolved my issue offering to replace with whatever on the menu. I went with the KFC side of the menu. THANK YOU, KAREN!!! You are filled with AWESOME-SAUCE!! Just wanted to give you your flowers girlie!!! Thanks again!!!“
