“I’ve been coming here weekly now for a little over a month. I’ve tried pepperoni pizza, chicken bacon ranch pizza, Caesar salad with chicken, garlic knots, cinnamon sticks and the chicken alfredo. I’m usually a picky eater and I’m not lying when I say everything here I’ve tried I’ve loved. They can get pretty busy around dinner time. I usually go in and place my order to go. I’ve once had to wait over an hour (usually 30). With that being said, I’d wait that long again because of how much I enjoy the food. You can tell it’s made fresh. I’m so grateful I discovered this amazing spot. The owners and staff seem like great people. I will continue to come (probably weekly) and I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. Thank you Black Diamond Sahara Pizza! P.S. The little shop next door is a fun place to browse while waiting for your food.“

“This place is a gem in a “good food wasteland.” Black Diamond has been growing, and some of the new stuff is pretty good. But this place has been there for a long time (at least ten years). Classic PNW style teriyaki and a thousand other offerings, including an extraordinary cheeseburger that reminds me of the old Pick Quick in Fife. Chef’s kiss! Huge helpings and incredibly friendly small family run and family-owned business. They have a nice restaurant, always clean and always seating. (Restrooms are always very clean and well-stocked as well.) I love this place and cannot recommend it enough!

Vegetarian options: They offer many dishes, all easy to replace meat with (delicious, well-prepared, not soggy) tofu.

Parking: While parking may be sometimes limited directly in front of the door, the restaurant sits in a huge parking lot, with Disabled parking up front.

Kid-friendliness: They have many kid-friendly options, especially if your child likes cheeseburgers like mine does!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the door, and tables are far enough apart to easily accommodate a wheelchair or a walker, etc. The restrooms are also ADA friendly, with plenty of room and accessible sink and towels.“

“Ordered our small wedding cutting cake from the bakery. The process was easy and straight forward. Met with the owner for a consultation and designed our wedding cake. We were able to drop off flowers the week of to be in corporated into the decorations. Super easy! Cake was ready on time and looked beautiful! Also was super tasty and it was completely gone after the reception.“

I learned from the first time and ordered a Jr. Burger the 2nd time around. These burgers are delicious and huge! Oops! Not enough to share with the pup. Don't worry, we had fries & breaded mushrooms galore! No onion rings for dogs though, sorry. Not good for them. A lick of my Dream Sickle shake made up for it. There is picnik seating and a park just next door. Lovely hanging flower baskets and very clean and up kept. Looking forward to returning for another Wally burger next time I'm in Washington.“

“I tried this restaurant with my mom for lunch today 7/26/24. They specially made a quesadilla for me because I knew I liked chicken quesadillas but wanted to try their shredded beef without full commitment if I didn’t like it, they made me a half and half!! And I LOVED the shredded beef quesadilla ❤️‍🔥 I’ll order a full shredded beef next time thanks to them letting me try it and offering that service to me. “Every sandwich I have decided on has been so tasty. I’m not a huge fan of potato salad unless we make it at home but theirs is so good, I upgrade to it every time. “Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.“

“Tortilla Soup, by far my favorite here! If you order to-go it has a good amount, I'd say a little bigger than the normal "large" size container, and comes with a bag of nachos.
I have checked out other mexicano restaurants around covington/maple valley, but El Caporal is my fave.

“I tried Okasan Teriyaki with a friend. I had the Spicy Teriyaki, and it was pleasantly spicy without being too hot.

The salad was good, and the dressing was a little different from other Teriyaki spots I've been to, but good. The portion size was decent, and the rice was excellent.

My friend had Chicken Teriyaki, and he said it was excellent. If I was in the area and wanted Teriyaki, I would consider coming back.“
