“There were four of us for lunch. The atmosphere is Italian and casual. Unfortunately, the background .music is not in the background, making it difficult to talk. I asked the staff to turn down the music, and they did a bit, but loud music is the norm here.
I ordered the Mistra salad, and it was good. However, the housemate dress was BAD. Seemed to be almost exclusively olive oil. They did bring a ranch, which was fine. I paid an extra $6,50 for a small chicken breast, which had good flavor but was pretty dry.
My wife had tomato basil soup and 1/2 turkey panini. She said her food was very good. The servers were excellent and a bright spot in lunch.
We will probably come again at some point.“

“What a great find just one block back from Sumner's popular main street. I don't eat out often and I've already been here 3 times and brought 6 different people. Zero complaints with the menu and happy bellies. The Sumner is my favorite sandwich and I get it with a gluten free bun and if those evil little Gluten's are mean to you too, your going to love this! The hubby ordered it the normal way and he was pleasantly surprised he really liked it (it has a delicious sweet Rhubarb sauce in it, give it a try, it's the Rhubarb Capitol of the world). Don't forget the excellent beverages, you won't be disappointed. It's dog, kid, and sport watching enthusiast friendly. Indoor and covered outdoor seating, with a cool vibe and well thought out design.“

“I can't say enough good things about Modoo Teriyaki in Sumner! This place has quickly become my favorite spot for chicken teriyaki. The flavors are absolutely amazing, and the chicken is always cooked to perfection—juicy and tender every time.

The teriyaki sauce is the best I've ever had, with just the right balance of sweetness and savory goodness. The portion sizes are generous, making it a fantastic value for such high-quality food. “I came in with my girlfriend, we’re visiting from Spokane. As soon as we walked in the lady greeted us with a smile, she was dancing with the music and being extremely positive. We sat at the table and she wiped it down instantly, I thought it was already clean but she was very proactive. She was extremely helpful and understanding. I don’t know her name, but she is a saint. While she cashed us out we talked about music and she was awesome. 20/10 customer service.
As for the food, we ordered a half Hawaiian and half pepperoni pizza and some drinks. The pepperoni was my girlfriends, the Hawaiian was mine. I can’t speak for my girlfriend, but as for my Hawaiian it was the best I’ve had and it’s not close. Hawaiian pizza is one of my favorite foods, I’ve had it at allot of restaurants, and I can say with full confidence that this was the best I’ve had. I don’t normally write reviews, but this was too good of an experience not to write about.“

“We found Aversano's during COVID times and haven't gone anywhere else locally for Italian fare since. We love them - the food is always good and there is always lots of it. We love picking up and eating in the comfort of our home however, we enjoy going in as the the feel of the restaurant is like being at home!“

“If you order Dinner A or B only order one as its enough to feed 3. My wife and I ordered A for her B for me, we had so much left over, I ate a little more the next day, but unfortunately had to throw it out because of our strict diet, this was a special occasion. Definitely worth the money and will be back. I don't now how they make money serving such large portions.“
