“I am so that person that crosses the border with an ice cream cone in one hand and my passport in the other. This is hands down the best ice cream in WA and it's convenient now that you don't have to drive all the way to Lynden to get it from their original location! I learned about Edaleen about a decade ago and always make a point of stopping here once before crossing into Canada, and once upon arriving back to the US. My favorite flavors are the cherry and marionberry/blackberry but I literally have liked everything I've ever tried here.“

“One of the cutest boba shops I've never seen! It's got plenty of cat decorations and merch, along with a very nice menu selection of many different drinks! I feel very cozy in there, though there aren't any seats to sit inside. I highly recommend their smoothies :)“

“The lady at the cash worked the orders alone so the service was a tad bit slow. We didn’t mind because the customer service was amazing, she was lovely and absolutely helpful with us. There were 7 of us who tried this cafe for the first time and we loved our experience. We would most likely return. I liked the mango smoothie, strawberry falooda and the chicken pastry. I’d recommend to include a pesto sandwich in the menu soon!“

“We stopped in at Famous Rome Ice Cream based on their outdoor sandwich board of colorful ice cream cone choices. We opted for some tried and true basics, although I have a feeling kids would love this place! In fact, as we drove by on our way out of town, several families were heading inside.It feels happy, colorful, and bright inside - nice on a winter day. I believe it was the owner that helped us and he was as friendly as could be. He answered all our questions about the differences between gelato and ice cream too.We tried the tiramisu gelato and the chocolate chip cookie dough in a waffle bowl. Cute place!!“

“Family owned and operated, tons of unique flavours and the chocolate cinnamon soft serve is AMAZING! Located directly across from White Rock Pier, there’s no better place to grab a cone and take in the scenery. They also serve delicious coffee, lattes, etc. This establishment is definitely worth a visit!“

And like some other reviewers said the staff wasn't too friendly no smiles like they didn't want to be there ? We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our Gelato! The flavours were fabulous, the consistency was perfect with options for Dairy Free, Vegan, Sugar Free - plus food & drink options too. “I was at this place yesterday with three friends. I borrowed a chair from the neighboring table and the woman server shrieked that we needed to leave space for customers to order at the ordering window. I happily agreed and dragged the table a foot or two to leave space. I then went to order and made a silly joke, noticing the odd flavors they had, with a big smile I asked if they had "butter chicken" ice cream? I expected the owner/serving lady to laugh. Instead she glowered at me as if I'd asked for 10 free ice creams! I told her it was a joke but she was not mollified and continued in her aggressive manner. I repeated that it was a joke. She then refused to serve me and I and my companions went to the neighboring 50+ Flavors where we were served with grace and a smile.“
