“we usually have good experiences at Jubilee. However tonight was horrid. not only did the person working forget to make our order, when she did the burgers were missing half the toppings. The fries are severely overcooked, obviously burned. They definitely weren't crinkled for our pleasure. Sadly it was my cousins first experience there, and he said he felt his mouth was violated by the experience.“

Only reason it’s 4 is because a female employee threatened extremely quickly without warning to call the cops because we were on mini motorcycles going through the drive thru While the lobby was closed at around 11. Though it states on the window “open until midnight.” Slightly misleading. Otherwise great wendys. Give nick a raise, nick is very professional.

“Great customer service - which, is seemingly dwindling and hard to find at fast food joints these days. Long story short- stopped by here 45 mins prior to them closing after a long day of work, said the order would take a few mins because they’re putting fresh fries in and to pull forward to the curb while I wait. Ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes before one of the gentlemen working there rushed out with a FULL bag of an extra (fresh) 10
Piece nugget and large fry (on top of what I had ordered) apologizing profusely for the mix up in communication and not realizing I was sitting out there still. No harm no foul things happen, but the way they handled it was great and deserving of kudos since not many places of this caliber would go the extra mile like they did. I hope whoever manages this location realizes how solid the people they employ here are, because this is a very rare 5 star experience to come across in this day and age where customer service seems to be going by the wayside.“

“My fave DQ. The other night I was craving a Heath blizzard ( my jam). They were absolutely hammered. Drive through had 10 cars or more for nearly an hour. I decided to park and go inside and sit but they were getting beat up by DoorDash orders too. The whole team were working as hard as they could, had a smile on their face, and were extremely polite and appreciative for patience given. The wait was worth it, and was nice to see some younger adults with good work ethic and trying their best. Good job guys!! — Rick

“It's mostly fine, but when they mess up (which will happen; it's understandable and totally fine) they always get super rude...? The first several times I thought it was a fluke or something, but it's really strange! I've seen it with other customers, too. Customers can be nice and reasonable, but the employees get super defensive and aggressive for some reason? I'm sure they have a lot of terrible customers, but that doesn't mean you need to treat everyone like that.

Definitely check your order. Btw, if you order common food during rush hour it will be terrible. Out of rush hour it's pretty good!“

“I am a former employee, left the franchise to start college.
I can personally testify to the excellence of this location! The food is always fresh and well made. My former co-workers and managers were all passionate about their service and went out of their way to serve customers. I am proud to say this was the first job I actually loved and it was hard to say goodbye. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to all. Very clean store, cleaned several times an hour. Single lane drive thru can get congested during rush hour so I highly suggest dining in! You will have your food brought to your table very quickly, I've seen an order be finished before the receipt prints a few times, (although the average wait time is five minutes for dine in)! Free refills on drinks, self serve. I highly recommend the chicken chop salad or the beef Casita burrito platter! Make sure to get cilantro lime for your dressing, it's so good! My grandma loves the tater fries!

Commonly asked questions: Shrimp tacos are seasonal and are usually only around during New Year. They no longer have freestyle soda machines or self-serve condiment bar. Taco Tuesday specials are usually only during late autumn and early winter months.

Dietary restrictions: Staff go out of their way to prevent cross-contamination for allergies. Any dish except for crisp burritos and tater fries can be customized for allergies. Although they cannot guarantee 100% (no one in any restaurant can)

“I am impartial to any other Panda that isn't this location. This one has been a fan favorite for years. Some nights, it's kind of hit and miss (and by miss, I mean, dear Lord, I wish I didn't order in advance cuz this is terrible), but for the most part, the staff are very good at keeping the place clean.

They smile, they have good hustle, and they do their darndest to keep the hot tray line filled with food! You gotta give them props for that! The food tastes great most times, isn't soggy like wet paper or anything, and has a nice caramelized taste from the sauce. I appreciate the new additional menu items and the family meal deal.

“I've been here five or six times with the same order and every time they give me a regular chocolate chip cookie instead of the double chocolate chip that I ordered. I assume this means they just don't carry that flavor, but if that's the case then it shouldn't be an option in the app. They've never mentioned to me that they were substituting it out either. Not a big deal, just kind of annoying to not get what you ordered.“

“Inside a Walmart but it's nice and quiet. I'm from Buffalo NY. Land of original wing and I spent a lot of time in Philly. I was delighted when the cashier asked if I wanted any ranch or blue cheese. Buffaloians use blue cheese... very good wings sweet teriyaki. Could have lived without the sesame seeds, but very good.“

My son has been trying to sell discount cards for football and they were not only kind enough to let him sell them to patrons outside but offered us cold drink refills on a hot day.
