“While we unfortunately don't live in state and get to enjoy the stores in person, we have been purchasing from Zulus online for over 4 years now and we have always had a positive experience with them. This last order I had placed was no different on their end, had an issue with a pricey package being marked as delivered and misdelivered multiple times by UPS over the course of 2 weeks, back and forth getting nowhere and Zulus customer support was so helpful all along the way. Amazing communication, we had purchased the shipping insurance and they helped to get us a replacement order via Fedex, appreciate them so much through all of that. Keep kicking butt Zulus!“

“I asked for a surprise fall drink, and I was made the apple pie chai with oat milk and it was like autumn in a cup! Drinking this chai was as though I was walking through a pumpkin patch with leaves falling all around me. Honestly the best chai I’ve ever had. Thank you Filbert for always having wonderful service, and the BEST drinks!“

“What a gem of a spot, tucked away in Bothell! The barista, Kyle, is so gracious and hospitable. They have a spicy and satisfying (not too sweet) Chai that's worth a try. The banana bread is hearty and filling with walnuts throughout it. The house-made granola is also a delightful and crunchy treat, too! I'll definitely make this spot a go-to for many future visits!“

“What a great way to start the day! Ignore the prudes downvoting this spot. No one is forced to go here. The coffee is excellent and fairly priced: $5 for a really good latte or americano and $5 (plus tip) for the unparalleled views of gorgeous mountains and valleys. An unmatched way to get the blood flowing in the morning. Very kind and helpful baristas who know their coffee. I was served by a friendly Venezuelan this morning. A quintessential PNW experience!“

“This is my favorite Cafe Ladro location. In fact, when I am in Seattle and have the opportunity to visit their other locations, I usually prefer other cafés in those neighborhoods. But, if you're on the north side, this place has the best coffee, the nicest employees, and an all around great vibe. Can't recommend it enough, and there's nowhere else nearby that holds a candle to it.“
