Portions are hit or miss, sometimes you end up with baby size plate
Extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist staff. Never in my life I had to pay for my food and be treated to badly. We ordered a burrito bowl to go. We got our protein and we didn't want to add salsa on top of protein in the bowl. We asked if he can give it on the side and he instantly refused and told us that he will have to charge that as a side. I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE trying to get a hold of customer service. I ordered four burrito bowls and two out of the four were incorrect. So disappointing for a teacher’s group luncheon on a wonderful Friday. I tried getting a hold of customer service but just get stuck in an endless loop of a robot. Ugh. This is unhelpful as well!!!
