“You can never go wrong with their asada burritos paired with pollo quesadillas. The pineapple aioli is a surprisingly tasty sweet contrast to the flavor of the burritos , the only reason why I gave this eatery a 4 star this time around was due to slightly firmer than expected rice in the burrito.

“Stopped by this place for some lunch. We got margaritas and food. We ordered carnitas de Pollo and beef taquitos. The food was excellent. The chicken was well flavored and the grilled veggies with it were cooked well. The beef taquitos were very good. They had crispy edges and cooked soft middles. The rice and beans on both plates were fresh and delicious.“

“Our favorite place to grab lunch on a weekday. Everything we’ve tried is great. The tripe is very good here, which sometimes is hard to come by. The little shed to eat in fine, but it’s a taco truck off the highway- ambience was never going to be great. So expect that or take it to go. If it’s a nice day north creek park isn’t far away :)“

“Pretty good Mexican taqueria. I got the 3 tacos plate with beans and rice. I got the pork, tongue, and beef cheeks. The meat was really tasty the tortillas were good they put the usual cilantro and onion with it that was good too. Not a fancy place at all just really legitimate basic Mexican taqueria. If you like Mexican food give this place a shot.“

“Had a wonderful Galentine’s brunch with bottomless mimosas at Poquitos!! Like everywhere in Bothell, parking is a little bit of a challenge, but definitely worth the experience. Our waiter Brandon was friendly and attentive. We shared the dip trio and each got the mixed tacos. Great value for the price. Food and mimosas were both delicious. Brandon’s Bloody Mary mix was incredible as well! Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back!“
