Starbucks in Bothell

“My absolute favorite Starbucks I've ever been too. I usually only go once a week or so, but they still recognize me and are super nice. It doesn't matter who makes my drink here, I never have to get it remade. I absolutely recommend this place, as it is well stock with foods, cups, and coffees to buy, as well as very clean and tidy. There always has been seating available when I go.

Parking: Always parking available whenever I go. There is plenty of parking, I would find it hard to imagine not finding a spot to park here.

“I stopped after taking my mom to her doctors appointment on 6/02. I accidentally ordered a drink online at the wrong location and NATE was super AWESOME, he made me that drink. SUPERIOR, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you NATE, YOU ARE DA BOMB!“

“Hello , I visited the store this morning and had a delightful interaction will all the employees. There was one that stood out and was extremely nice and told me about a new drink to try. She was the absolute best and the drink was amazing and made quickly . I didn’t catch her name but she was cool /slay .“

“Just like every Starbucks, it has good service, good products, and friendly staff. My only problem is how small it is, and that it usually has only one person working at a time. However, I'm aware that it's a Starbucks inside another store, so they can't really do anything about it. Even with that, I still think it's a good place.“

I believe her name was Geneva.I came through the drive-thru to order and she was very kind through the speaker and when I got to the drive-thru window she was there with a smiling face asking me how my day was.She turned around to check on my drinks and I saw her help out her co-workers with grabbing something and then I could see her answering Another question for a different co-worker.She handed me my first drink and was then tagged out at the window where someone else handed me my second drink.I've worked retail in customer service a long time and this is the type of person that needs to be valued and not in like hey. Check out this review kind of way followed by a pat on the back. She needs to be given opportunities to grow into a leadership role.“
