“I ordered food online then park put parking space number in and did not get my order I went inside to get it and could not get help so went back to my car for 10 mins still no order went back inside showed a employee that my food had been done for 15 mins and I got my receipt. She didn't know where it was. Then she looked on the counter by the grills shoot, the bag was there and the drinks were on another counter by the drive through drinks were watered down and food was cold.“

“I used a kiosk around the time breakfast ended, and ordered some food that the kitchen wasn't prepared to cook at that point.
The staff was really kind and figured out a substitute but unfortunately due to me not understanding it wasn't the full order being replaced but just two items, I got more than I thought.
All in all a good experience. Lot of respect for the staff working here.
Would have done 5 stars across the board but there was a security sensor beeping from time to time in the background.
Also: For other people reading reviews, the app gives orders at a different level than the store does, and apps don't always recognize individual location differences. Kiosk is similar idea but within the jurisdiction of the location.“
