“I've never had anything upsetting happen at this subway before. But today I went in around 1230 and the young man was taking count of what needed to be in the bar, I was the only customer inside and I waited patiently but I honestly felt ignored after about 3 minutes (I was on lunch so I was watching the clock) he said he'd be right with me I said no worries trying to be kind and 8 minutes later he finally assisted me, I asked 3 times for a 6 inch and by the third time he didn't seem to hear or wasn't paying attention I thought I was speaking loud enough idk. I had to repeat several times the toppings and he still tried to put anything on the sandwhich. He seemed so irritated by my presence I was so uncomfortable but so hungry I didn't want to leave and waste the food he had prepared, when I said again at the register that it was supposed to be a 6 inch he visibley shrugged and still charged me. I didn't know what to do at that point so I just paid and left. I felt so out of place and such a bother to the young man I didn't even get to ask his name.“

“This place was clean. There was only one guy working that I could see but he handled the orders well and even mopped when customers didn’t keep him busy. Our food was good, the usual Subway fare. You have to ask for the password to get WiFi.“

Had a blast joking around with the guy taking my order, literally told him to throw a crap ton of pickles on it for me. Whoever you are, you're awesome. “Best subway sandwich I've ever had. The dude working there at 7pm took his tike making it and it was perfect. I wish id ordered another one. My mom's visiting. She tagged along. She usually doesn't like eating out, but she'd gotten a 6 inch, 9 grain wheat, and she'd also wished she'd gotten a footlong. That means something! I will definitely be coming here again.“

“I would have to say 90% of the time, I am happy with this Subway, I order veggie sandwiches through Subway all of the time, and although I'm not unhappy with this particular subway located on fairgrounds road in Bremerton, I'm a bit disappointed.A few months ago, I discovered this particular Subway has a drive-thru, and I was ecstatic!I could not believe that all of these years have gone by with me driving the 303 and not knowing that, I know, it isn't like I discovered the eighth wonder of the world, but It was bound to make my life a little easier sometimes, especially since I eat Subway three, sometimes four times a week, at various locations.There are pros and cons about this Subway, and the most obvious pro is that you can drive through and never have to get out of your car. The con part is, waiting in line, sometimes for quite a while, and you never get to see your sandwich made, your long gone before you realize they have given you the wrong bread, or put cheese on when you ask for no cheese, or the bread was tough, in fact so tough, you chew and chew and realize that it has taken you longer trying to eat this sandwich than it probably took them to make it, which is what happened yesterday.The sandwich looked delightful and had almost everything I asked for, minus the Subway herb and garlic oil that I wanted, and the odd textured of the herb and cheese bread, that was a let down; none-the-less I ended up tossing all of my bread to our flying friends, the crows, and seagulls.Quality control is an important factor in any business, this will not stop me from eating at this Subway in the near future, but I am hoping that when the sandwiches are made people pay little bit more attention to the details, I understand accidents do happen, and I have also heard that sometimes only one person is taking and making the orders, which is not a smart idea especially during lunch hour, but remember, it is impossible for people in the drive thru to scrutinize how their sandwich is made, which then can lead to disappointed customers and mediocre or even bad reviews.So, will I be back, yes, there has been plenty of times I have had incredible sandwiches from this Subway, and the staff at this Subway have always been pleasant and friendly, no complaints there!This Subway is located at 1554 NE Fairgrounds Rd, Bremerton WA, right off the 303, Subway's drive through is directly behind Burger Kings drive through.During the lunch hours, the area can get fairly congested with Burger Kings drive through located directly in front of Subways drive through.Remember- Spend, Eat and Enjoy local, jobs are depending on it !!!!“
