“We stopped in while running errands and decided to get the fish sandwich and a cup of chowder. It was fairly busy but we were able to get our order in right away. The fish sandwich was served hot and so was the chowder and we didn't have to wait long at all! We also ordered a quart of chowder to go. Like the Chowder House in Des Moines great food and exceptional service!“
“I was deployed here for a few weeks during wildfire season and I met the most wonderful staff, bartenders and servers. I ate here a handful of times; the food was so good! Better than I expected. The only reasons I gave it three stars for atmosphere was because hours weren't consistent and because of the karaoke on Friday, and again on Saturday. One or the other would have been fine, but both nights?!? Aside from that I really loved this place! The staff was fantastic, and I will definitely come back the next time I am in town. ⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“Thick cut bacon on the BLT; delicious battered curly fries, courteous, attentive wait staff. High quality dining experience coupled with small town charm.Vegetarian options: Would love a vegetarian option for the burgerKid-friendliness: Coloring sheets an crayons for the kids and a nice kids menu“
“Went for their wraps, but they changed the menu. Ended up having the Brisket Mac & Cheese which was amazing.A little put out by the bartender declaring there was "no patio service" when we were literally the only people there but we made it work.“
“It's always a gamble with these classic diners, but my family and I could not have been happier with our first visit this week. We had a collection of breakfast and dinner items and they were all delicious. Huge portions, friendly staff and tasted great. We will be back!“
“We've driven through/past Enumclaw many times, but this is the first time we were actually in the "downtown" area. There are so many restaurants/pubs and wine bars it was hard to choose which one to have lunch at. We chose this one at random...and it was an "almost" great choice. We were here around 12:30 on a Tuesday, the place was busy but not packed. We sat down and a young person gave us menus and took our drink orders, returned with them right away and then we waited......it appeared that there were two servers and one bus person (the one that took our drink orders) both of the servers walked past us several times until we stopped one and asked if we could order. She immediately apologized and said she and the other server split/swap tables and thought the other server was taking care of us. I appreciate this system as it allows each server a fair share of tables, but you need to have a very clear communication system to be certain things like this don't happen. These days my Hubby and I often split meals, which is what we told the server, and we got the French dip with sweet potato fries and also a side of garlic fries. The server asked us if we wanted any sauces with our order, we got the tarter and the garlic/pepper mayo, both house made and so good! The garlic/pepper mayo had just the right amount of pepper. The garlic fries came out first and they were amazing!!! Hot, fresh and they top them with an herb garlic which has so much more flavor than just garlic. We got the sandwich with Swiss cheese and sautéed onions. They put the sandwich on two plates which is always appreciated. The sandwich was just okay; the bun was supposed to be toasted but just felt/seemed stale. The cheese wasn't melted and the onions were stacked in the center. The meat had a decent flavor, nothing spectacular, but there was plenty of it. The au jus was okay, again nothing special. Despite the initial server mix up, ours was attentive and friendly. We liked the look and feel of this place, their drink menu looked interesting and reasonably priced. We both agreed that we should come back one evening and check it out.“
“Food was great! Cost was worth the food. The service was not the best, as there was one person for three tables and they never got to me. A second waitress was called just for my table of two. Place was packed, would not recommend going here after Sunday service as this place is filled with families with children.Parking is small, and gets taken by other businesses in the area. So a full parking lot doesn't mean there are no tables as I saw several empty, both large and small, as I walked in.The quality of the food is great and very filling. The muffins are huge and would recommend taking them to go for a snack later. The soda beverages are bottomless, so you get free refills. The chairs and floor aren't flat, this means that the chairs will rock on three legs.“
“I actually went here for the view. That's it.We got a nice table facing mount rainier while I enjoyed a chilled beer watching the sunset. They have a large outdoor seating and almost all tables boast a nice view. Pretty great spot. The service was pretty good and about 8pm on Sunday it was not too crowded. I took the new York strip which came with mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies and gravy. My wife got the chicken with mushrooms and mashed potatoes from the entree. The chicken tasted great but was a bit over cooked. My steak was well cooked and I really liked it.“
“Everything here was great from the food to the service to the ambiance. The chips and salsa were great which is always a make or break for me with Mexican restaurants. The quesabirria and consomé was crazy delicious. Can't wait to go back.“
“I recently dined at Griffin and Wells Cafe and I was thoroughly impressed! The cuisine is authentic and absolutely delicious. The in-house specials are a must-try, and the server was knowledgeable about dishes I hadn't heard of before. The new ownership has done an amazing job creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Local residents should definitely give them a try - you won't be disappointed!“
“Food is your regular bar food. They do have a nice selection of wing flavors. Pizza is fine and they have a huge portion of nachos. The drinks are stiff and service is dependant on who you get but everyone is nice.Chainsaw pizza and a half order of nachos was delicious!“
“Sunday mid morning breakfast. Very busy. Server was excellent but she was very busy. Maybe the hostess could help out the servers by asking customers if they'd like some coffee while they peruse through the menu. That might take the load off the busy servers. Food was very good. The Sourdough toast was top notch.“
“The Mint is always a fun place to eat at! I’ve been 3 times now and have had great experiences each time. The atmosphere fits with the rustic and rural vibe of Enumclaw which is fun, they have a few pairs of skis on the back wall which is a cool vibe in my opinion. Their burgers are great, specifically the Mint burger and bacon jam burger. Most recently I got the Beecher’s Mac and cheese with chicken which was delicious! And you can’t forget about the fried pickles! They’re a bit pricey but I think they’re really yummy. I would definitely recommend for a fun date night/night out or an after-ski meal like what we did on Monday!“
“Such a fun place. Food and staff are great. Only request the management would look at getting another person to help out, to get better customer service. Sometimes the wait is longer in between when they get back around, but they do a great job.“
“When I got there I intended to dine in but receive notification that FedEx just dropped off my new e bike at home and I had to leave right away because I didn't want to leave it unattended for some lowlife Thief to come steal it so they were nice enough to box up my breakfast my 2:00 p.m. breakfast and get me out of there to take care of my business I fully intend on going again and staying until I'm done eating LOL in fact I'm going to ride my new e-bike there:-)“
“Wow! Service is fantastic. Food is delicious. Atmosphere is a 10/10. The brisket french dip was absolutely killer. Thai chicken flatbread was really good and the drinks made perfectly. I can't wait to come back for my perfect martini and that brisket ?“
“Out of town for a work project and looking for a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel and gave this place a shot. The service is ok, the waitress was robotic taking our drink and food order. Bar has a rustic feel to it with wooden floors, chairs, wire wheel tables and open space. Food the reason we went was good had the New York steak with loaded baked potato, steamed vegetables and salad. Cooked to order with beautiful grill marks.“
“Only reason I didn't rate atmosphere, if you are a golfer, it's good, otherwise whatever. Restaurant is just a plain Jane Restaurant, if you're hungry, you will eat there and you will like ? ? it, for a reasonable price. I approve.“
“Such a vibe in Main Street bistro. Chris is awesome she recommended the iris which was so good. Chefs kiss. I could have eaten 10 of those pizzas. Just a great spot to get a bite and a drink out there in Buckley. Will go back. 100% you need to “
