“We were incouraged to try this bar, a bit far away for us. We were not disappointed. Best burger I've had in awhile. My tots were crispy and hot. The mushrooms on my burger melted in my mouth. I was very satisfied. Beer was cold in a frosty glass. Friends had a Ruben and another friend had a small burger that was more than she could eat as well. “As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm in Bonney Lake) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie's Pizza, worried they were about to close. I felt terrible explaining my situation to the staff, a last-minute, large order with no notice. I was ready for a frustrated sigh, but instead, I was met with immediate, kind understanding. I paid over the phone and raced over. They had my entire order ready to go the moment I walked through the door. Phenomenal service, as always. But the moment that TRULY melted my heart happened when I pulled up to the house and checked the pizzas. Tucked into one of the boxes, right next to the pizza saver, was a handwritten note: "You're a great mom, even if no one acknowledges it. 🙂" I was in tears. Seriously, tears. That small, kind, human gesture cost them absolutely nothing but instantly made my entire stressful work week worth it. It made my heart absolutely smile. Frankie's Pizza is more than just a pizza place; they are truly a part of the community. Not only is their pizza always phenomenal, perfectly cheesy, hot, and delicious, but their level of care and customer service is unmatched. Thank you, Frankie's, for being the best!“

“Everything was tasty as always! I wanted to give a shout-out to the two young adults working tonight around 7 PM. I didn’t catch their names from their tags, but there was a guy and a girl working.

When I arrived, there was what appeared to be a homeless woman in the shop who was behaving unusually—standing by the cups, handling them, digging through the garbage can, and creating a concerning situation. The employees handled everything very well. They remained calm, professional, and collected while waiting for the police to arrive.

Great job, you two! I’m sorry you had to deal with such a stressful situation, but you handled it incredibly well.“
