He was treated with kindness and respect, and even though he was a bit further from the window than usual, having the sliding door for the barista to walk out and deliver our drinks really made him feel better about being so far from the window (first time driver and maneuvering the driveway was new). Our drinks were delicious, not a long wait time, and we drove off to his job interview calm and caffeinated. We'll definitely be back.“

Every single time we get our drinks here they are EXACTLY RIGHT. The location down the street has not been good 95% of the time and we get coffeeat least 3 times a week. I've missed this location since the remodel SO HAPPY to see them reopened! I just wanted to.thank the baristas at this location for working so hard and being so talented and consistent! “Coffee is always good at Big Foot but this location was super slow. We waited about 20 minutes in line. Only 2 cars ahead of us. Most shops start making your drinks as you order but this one waited until our transaction was complete and handed us our card back before even starting drinks.“

The first several times I thought it was a fluke or something, but it's really strange! I've seen it with other customers, too. Customers can be nice and reasonable, but the employees get super defensive and aggressive for some reason? I'm sure they have a lot of terrible customers, but that doesn't mean you need to treat everyone like that.

Definitely check your order. Btw, if you order common food during rush hour it will be terrible. Out of rush hour it's pretty good!“
