“Joanne is very rude disrespectful and passive aggressive, on top of finding out her employees do not receive tips left on a card they only receive cash tips to boot. The pizza is not all that good However, Gabriel was pretty nice to talk to him and deal with. He was the most pleasant part of my experience. I would not recommend eating here. Pepperoni pizza looked like some one died on this thing 😂😂😂😂”

“I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.”

“This was my second time getting food from Catfish Alley and it did not disappoint. This time I brought my mom who got food for herself and my father. Everyone loved it. The catfish is amazing, the fries are next level, and according to my daughter the shrimp is delicious. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order from their menu.”

“The only touch tunes establishment with a decent music volume. When you pay at other places and the bartender doesn't like it, they just turn it down. Not here. A couple months back there was a problem bartender (slow, attitude, only one drink served every 1.5 hours, etc...) she is gone! The other people I see behind the bar are cool & familiar or just cool. No issues. Quite the turnaround from Steve's ownership.”
