“Centro is the best restaurant in Burien delivering a creative seasonal menu and every review is delicious! The owners are extremely involved in the Burien Community and the staff is amazing! Right now my favorites are the fish taco, salmon cevice and paloma. But doraditos, cauliflower nachos, brusselsprouts, habanero enchiladas and avocado salsa are forever my favorites! oh and Churros! & hibiscus tea 🌺Try everything!💖🥰 & Emily is my favorite server (pictured)!“

Every time we take guests there for the first time, they love it and often say it was one of their best meals ever! Get the harissa veggie, squid Steak and tenderloin for sure. “This place is like a french oasis in a business park! What a find. I wasn't familiar with their story or offerings, but my husband's bell had gone off and we needed food, so we popped in here for anything. What we thought would be a quick bite, turned into a lovely early afternoon getting to know the story of this wine shop from a very accomplished and lovely person. Don't let the business park setting fool you, once you walk into Princess & Bear, you are in the south of France.“
