“Best Tteokbokki I’ve ever had….I’m so glad I live close to this mom and pop Korean restaurant. They make favorite Tteokbokki that I’ve ever had (my go-to order is spicy tteokbokki no fishcake but add cheese). It’s so flavorful. The sauce is flavorful with the added cabbage, carrots, onions, and an herb (i’m blanking on the name of).

I recommend trying it. It is actually spicy (as someone that tolerates spice well). Adding photos of my last few visits.

“Food was unbelievably good. Kimchi, potato salad, pastrami, bibimbap--nothing missed the mark! It was a little expensive, but amazing portions for the price. The restaurant truly feels like you are in her home; tons of plants, rice cooker & crock pot just on a book shelf, some cozy chairs--the vibes are amazing. Next time I'm in Portland, this will be my first stop!“
