“Thank you Country Cousin for a wonderful experience yesterday. My date has diabetes and was holding on to the hostess podium to keep from falling when we were waiting for a table. I took her out to the door lobby so she could sit down for a while. The kindest server came out with a glass of orange juice and said: "Diabetes?" "Yeah, that's it" I said with my jaw on the floor as she gave it to my friend. She drank some of juice, recovered, and another kind young lady came out and told us she got us a table that was close. We sat down, enjoyed our awesomely yummy meal that was served by yet another kind gentleman and had the best time. Thank you Country Cousin, your cooks, servers, hosts/hostesses for just a... faith-in-humanity-restoring experience. Your service and kindness made a big difference to these two customers, and I'm sure you do for everyone else as well.”

“I really needed caffeine on the drive from Tacoma to Vancouver, so I chose this spot based on proximity to I-5. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and how quickly my drink was made! The women working were super friendly, but didn’t pry with questions like they do at Dutch Bros. Unfortunately I forgot to snap a picture, but their oat milk matcha latte was pretty good! I’m a matcha snob who gets it from specialty cafes, so obviously I didn’t find it mind blowing, but it really hit the spot in a pinch. They signed me up for points, so this is likely to be my new spot for these long trips.”

“This low budget, slow moving restaurant is a real gem!!! Felt like I mighta been in a small town in El Salvador where no one is in a hurry. I ordered something I couldn't pronounce off the specials menu ($34). It came out piping hot, loaded with beef chicken and shrimp and a spicy sauce that was amazing. Going back for sure!!!”

“The meat counter here is excellent, the quality of the meats are really good. I always get my Carne Asada meat here, it's the best. I also appreciate the baked goods and the produce. They also make some really good affordable tamales. The Beef Mole tamales and the Chicken Verde tamales are my favorites. Always quick and friendly service. I highly recommend.”

“I was riding my Harley from Portland to Seattle when I got caught in a bad storm, so I stopped by to enjoy an amazing breakfast and warm up/dry off by the fire! 🔥

The place was clean, and the vibe was absolutely perfect. The service and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I probably overstayed my welcome by taking over the entire fireplace, but I definitely enjoyed my time there.

I ordered the Eggs Benedict and added four extra poached eggs, they were all cooked perfectly! 👌

I also had a few espressos ☕️ and the cinnamon bun with their special cream cheese sauce. So good! 👍”

Asked if we could get some ketchup for our fries and the waitress informed us that they have to charge for it, so if you go for food bring your own condiments. The food was okay, had fish and chips thinking it would be beer battered being we are in a bar, silly me I thought wrong🤣. The staff was amazing prompt service with a smile😁.”

I haven't tried much of the coffee, and the raspberry syrup is a little funky but other than that it's a great little spot! Picture was fantastic and the sound was way better than I thought it would be, it was awesome. Old furniture but comfortable. You pick where you want to sit, whatever is open. Overall, what a cool place to watch a movie.”

“Stopped by for quick takeout on our way to visit family and it only took 10 minutes for two really good sushi rolls. I got a Spicy California roll and one other roll that I forgot but I believe was one of their specialty ones. Loved them, will be thinking about those rolls for weeks.

“I ordered a chicken burrito with onions and bell peppers with mole sauce on top. I noticed I didn't get the right thing after 2 bites & when I spoke up for myself, the little Hispanic gal just rolled her eyes at me & took it back. Finally bringing my stuff out correctly, I ask for my boxes & for the check. Long behold they charge me for both burritos. I told her I did even eat the first one, & I get told wrll you took a bite out of it. You ate it, that's two burritos. I ordered two pops also & it came out to be $60. I unfortunately won't be back cause I used to love this place.”

“Burgerville is a special place to me in general, but this Burgerville is always our first stop coming from Seattle to Portland, and typically our last stop on the way back. We’ve stopped here in snowstorms and sunshine, for stretching our legs and having a bathroom emergencies, and for the best fast food in the PNW.”

“This Wendy's has a new A.I. order taker. It's works pretty good! Jr bacon cheeseburgers are delicious. Plan a good 15+ minutes to get through the duce thru - it is not quick!!! Customer service is usually good.”

“Was pretty short with the answers to my 2 questions. And seemed reluctant to help me but when I was done deciding ( which I will add took less than 3 minutes from the time they greeted me until I was able to get the price and pull forwards) they were fairly face to face at the window”

“The food was great, portions were generous and our order was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. We had 3 orders of food, 2 were combo meals and 1 was a giant shrimp burrito plus 2 orders of fry ice cream.

The fry ice cream was good, it was a large serving of ice cream coated in what seemed like corn flakes and fried then served in a fried tortilla bowl with toppings of chocolate sauce, sprinkles and I believe whipped cream.

The food was similar to other places with similar menus but the portions were larger, the burrito was double the size of what I get in my home town for the same plus their tortillas are a better quality than a standard white flour tortilla.

They had 4 sauce options in a self-serve bar on the counter near the register, 2 mild, 1 hot, 1 extra hot, plus they had lime wedges and the standard pickled jalapenos with carrots and onions that I enjoy seeing at these sorts of places.

Sadly, this town had 3 mexican restaurants, a taco stand, and a taco food truck all within a few blocks on the same street. We went to this place because the other places were packed so we decided to give it a try and I'm not sorry that we did.”
