“I was one of the original beer tenders at this tap house. There were a lot of growing pains, a lot of hardship and camaraderie to make it work. That was then, now it looks like the beers are still cold and delicious, they've got cocktails (Which was a controversial take at the time, but it looks like they went high end with em which is awesome) and even though they took my favorite bratwurst off the food menu, I must say, their chef has his ducks in a row and the food is absolutely a must have for foodies in the area. Bravo, Juice Box. You're killing it.”

“They have a very impressive menu for how small the place is. There is plenty of parking available. I think it's outside seating only though but they do have a drive up window. I had a smash burger it was good. Will eat here again.”

“We ordered fish and chips and clam strips baskets. I order fish and chips at any location that has it as its one of my favorite meal "treats" when I dine out. While fish and chips have a relatively simple flavor profile it does mean that the emphasis on the meal needs to be on its execution. For me I rate said meal on the amount and size of the fish/price point followed by how crispy the batter comes out versus the soft flakiness of the fish inside and then followed by the chips and the tartar sauce. At bill and beas they really nailed it. For 15 bucks you get 3 pieces of fish that is fried very well. The batter is not soggy but deliciously crisp while the fish meat inside is tender, juicy and lovely. For the fries you get a decent portion amount lightly seasoned(so not super salty). I would have preferred slightly crisper fries but I MUST emphasize that this is a personal preference and NOT a failing on how the establishment prepares the food. Some people like a softer fry as its easier to chew for those with sensitive teeth. What really impressed me was the brightness of the tartar sauce. Without enough pickle its just mayo with no taste and the point, I believe, of the tartar sauce is the balance out what is historically a greasier dish (again, not a failing on the establishment but a practical fact of the meal of choice). I believe its important to note that this is NOT a fast food restaurant. All their meals are prepared fresh and this is distinctly important as bill and beas is a cozy little place on the edge a major small town street. They have covered outdoor dining as well as a couple in door tables. I found the prices incredibly reasonable especially as a basic fish and chips meal anywhere else with 3 pieces of fish would cost you 20 or more for the same amount of food. My partner had the clam strips basket and while he would have preferred more of a clam flavor this, again, was largely just a preference and not at all indicative of the preparation as he also mentioned that the clam strips has a delightful crunch that wasn't to hard but instead uniform throughout the entire bite. He also said the generosity of the serving of strips was almost comparable to the amount of fries he had and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of the strips given the 13 dollar price point. In all we both highly recommend that you do not pass this space by and consider it for your next lunch time meal”

“Very nice pizza place. We dined outside because it was a nice weather and if you know Washington then you’ll know you have to take every chance to eat outside and catch the sunshine. There’s 4 tables with umbrellas. Is no so private given the fact the restaurant is on a corner off a Main Street but is pleasant. In the inside there’s a bar with special rotating beers and happy hour also the main dinning area is spacious and cozy with the tiki vibe . The pizza Doug is house made sourdough which makes it easy on the digestion even for gluten sensitive crowds you can also select true type of sauce either white or red or not sauce at all . The ingredients are super fresh and the pizza crust delicious and crunchy. They also offer a couple of sweet treats to top it off your dinning experience. The owner is super attentive, friendly and kind and recommended the Oktoberfest seasonal beer so good and refreshing. They also have personal pizzas good for kids. A standard pizza is good for 2 or 3 people and the Giant for 5. We got the cast away and the supreme. Bathrooms are super clean and decorated with a tiki theme vibe. Highly recommend if you stop by Centralia. Parking is off the street but there’s also a public parking around the corner with plenty of spots. Kid friendly.”

“I really needed caffeine on the drive from Tacoma to Vancouver, so I chose this spot based on proximity to I-5. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and how quickly my drink was made! The women working were super friendly, but didn’t pry with questions like they do at Dutch Bros. Unfortunately I forgot to snap a picture, but their oat milk matcha latte was pretty good! I’m a matcha snob who gets it from specialty cafes, so obviously I didn’t find it mind blowing, but it really hit the spot in a pinch. They signed me up for points, so this is likely to be my new spot for these long trips.”

“Our first time here and hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Baristas were extremely kind and had smiles on their faces upon arrival which is always a PLUS!! Their atmosphere is so cozy and calm very spacious and extremely clean!! Joshlynn was great and extremely patient with us and recommended great items. we also bought a few things from their cute shop!! We also love love love that this is a dog friendly environment!! I really enjoyed my role taquitos which came with a little bit of lettuce and a special sauce, and rice and beans. I could probably double the amount of taquitos though

My husband ordered a beef burrito and felt like the meat was a little bit small and it definitely could’ve had more of it although he found it very tasty. So we would probably just ask for more next time

The food seemed like he definitely put effort into making it good and looked nice. He was very friendly and open to answering all of our questions. It seemed very clean

I believe there were four picnic tables with umbrellas. All the tables were kept very clean and when he did not have customers he was out sweeping and making sure everything looked nice

“I live about 90 minutes from Chehalis and I was there for an event and looking for lunch. I can't have gluten or dairy, so I checked for places that could meet that. Unfortunately the GF restaurant was closed, but my app suggested Vicky's. I saw they had yucca and chicarones among other foods that looked safe, so we decided to give it a try.

Let me tell you, this was one of the best decisions I've made. The horchatta alone was mind blowingly good! It had vanilla, spice and just the right amount of sweet. I think they used more than just cinnamon because it had a fuller flavor than most horchatta I have had. I did get the yucca and chicarones and the yucca was golden and crunchy and the pork practically melted once I bit through the crunchy exterior. My partner got the Vicky's burrito and said it had more flavor than any burrito he's ever had. We both agreed that we need to go back to Chehalis to eat at Vicky's again.”

“Thank you Country Cousin for a wonderful experience yesterday. My date has diabetes and was holding on to the hostess podium to keep from falling when we were waiting for a table. I took her out to the door lobby so she could sit down for a while. The kindest server came out with a glass of orange juice and said: "Diabetes?" "Yeah, that's it" I said with my jaw on the floor as she gave it to my friend. She drank some of juice, recovered, and another kind young lady came out and told us she got us a table that was close. We sat down, enjoyed our awesomely yummy meal that was served by yet another kind gentleman and had the best time. Thank you Country Cousin, your cooks, servers, hosts/hostesses for just a... faith-in-humanity-restoring experience. Your service and kindness made a big difference to these two customers, and I'm sure you do for everyone else as well.”

“I stayed here because it was 5 minutes from where I was working for two days and because I live near the McMenimans Anderson School and have been to several of the restaurants and bars there several times.

The hotel is definitely a historic building. Definitely cool but also creaky and everything that comes with an old building. I thought the communal bathroom would bother me but it was not an issue. Several near my room. Room had no TV which I didn’t think about but I’m sure was advertised. Mt room was clean and the bathrooms were clean every time I used them. Close proximity to the train tracks is my biggest complaint. Very loud several times a night and in the morning with the horn because there is a crossing near the hotel. They have earplugs in the side table but I didn’t want to miss my alarm.

The staff was very nice. The restaurant downstairs is good, I would recommend it. They have a movie theater. It was cheap and definitely interesting. I would say worth the money.”

“I ordered a chicken burrito with onions and bell peppers with mole sauce on top. I noticed I didn't get the right thing after 2 bites & when I spoke up for myself, the little Hispanic gal just rolled her eyes at me & took it back. Finally bringing my stuff out correctly, I ask for my boxes & for the check. Long behold they charge me for both burritos. I told her I did even eat the first one, & I get told wrll you took a bite out of it. You ate it, that's two burritos. I ordered two pops also & it came out to be $60. I unfortunately won't be back cause I used to love this place.”

When you smile at people coming in and greet them nicely, it is a good sign that you are going to treat people good. That and the good fact that the cooks are pretty good at what they do. I love their new value menu. It is better than the old 246 menu. I would happily spend my money here than the Kissing cousin place in the same parking lot. Service is much better here.”
