“Our first time here and hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Baristas were extremely kind and had smiles on their faces upon arrival which is always a PLUS!! Their atmosphere is so cozy and calm very spacious and extremely clean!! Joshlynn was great and extremely patient with us and recommended great items. we also bought a few things from their cute shop!! We also love love love that this is a dog friendly environment!! “In case anyone needs another reason to love Dutch Brothers... This morning, while I was at the walk up window at DB on Hualapai, I witnessed a pretty nasty car single accident. A woman driver and her two young (2 and 3 year old) child passengers were not badly injured, but they were certainly scared, and banged up. Paramedics came and checked them out, and we waited for police to come and take a report. In true Dutch Brothers customer service fashion, an employee walked over with a kid’s drink for each child, and a drink for the woman, with a note written on top. It was this kind gesture that brought tears to the woman’s eyes. Kudos to the staff of Dutch Brothers for making a difficult situation just a little bit easier. This sort of kindness is what we all need. ❤️“
