“We have been here a few times and took my teenager to experience their delicious subs. He is a meatball sub fiend and completely DEVOURED his sub. The Purple Haze sub is out of this world! My boyfriend got the Seattle Blues sub and his mind was blown. Afterwards, my boyfriend and son got the House and Butterfinger shake and they were incredible. The service is always wonderful and the staff are so kind. We live in Tumwater and we will go out of our way to eat here. This place is wonderful and highly recommend!“

So I found Zoe’s and saw the menu and immediately wanted an açaí bowl. Got here and tried the Oly bowl. When I tell you chefs kiss. Bursting with flavor. Right amount of portion. Dear Drip Espresso Management, I am writing to share both my enthusiastic praise for Drip Espresso and some constructive feedback regarding a recent experience. For a long time, my friend and I have been regular customers, drawn in by the consistently delicious coffee and the evident passion your baristas usually demonstrate. The quality of your coffee is exceptional, and we've always appreciated the dedication to crafting a perfect drink. However, our recent visits have been somewhat marred by interactions with a particular barista, Cassi. On several occasions, we've encountered what we perceived as a negative attitude and a lack of attentiveness to customer service. These instances have ranged from seemingly dismissive responses to concerns about forgotten pastry items to an inadequate handling of our beverage orders (in one instance, a missing whipped cream topping, and in another, insufficient whipped cream served with an inappropriate lid). While we understand everyone has off days, the recurring nature of these issues has diminished our overall enjoyment of our usual pre-work ritual. The atmosphere at Drip Espresso has always been bright and cheerful, and we felt that these negative interactions were incongruent with the generally positive experience the establishment provides. We believe that addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the customer experience. We value Drip Espresso highly and hope these observations are viewed constructively. “I normally don’t do reviews but i need to today. I come to this stand a lot and I’m always greeted well. Everyone is always so amazing. I went in yesterday because I’ve been having a rough couple of days and decided I wanted a treat. The guy taking my order asks me how I was doing and I responded how I was having a rough time. He was incredibly kind. Normally I don’t really talk like that but yesterday I decided to be honest. I go to pay and he tells me he is covering it. “They are great but if you go inside you will find that drive through is definitely the priority. I thought I would save time going In because the drive through was around the building. I was treated rudely in the lobby. Always treated well in drive through.“

The coffee is SO GOOD and so well crafted that everything we make now tastes like garbage in comparison.
