Gets busy, but you might get extra fries for patiently waiting.
Very slow drive thru. Needs to hire more staff to increase efficiency and service.
During our road trip through WA, we stopped here (and the Starbucks next door) for a snack. Our experience was as expected. Nothing bad, nothing spectacular. Fast food is a tough industry especially at peak times with hangry customers with unbelievably high expectations. Our order was taken, we paid, and we got our order correctly. Staff did their job as expected. We would return if we're back in the area.
