Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). It's your typical Dairy Queen. You have young people serving you that are probably working their first job. I had a to go order that the young lady repeated back to me, we exchanged money. I received my order, got a thank you, and I left. When we sat down to eat the food was fast food quality, but was good and hot. The restaurant was clean as far as I could tell. In my opinion, the biggest problem with fast food places is the customers. You're not eating at a chic cuisine restaurant....read full review
On my way to the west side stopped in Cle Elum.
food was hot you had to wait a few minutes to be able to eat.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Cle Elum is a clean and friendly restaurant with quick drive-through service. Food is hot, fresh, and delicious, though sometimes there is a short wait to be able to eat. The staff is consistently fast and friendly, and orders are correct. However, the bathrooms could be cleaner, and napkins may be missing at times. Overall, a good place for a tasty treat on the road.
