Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer...read full review
It's your typical Dairy Queen. You have young people serving you that are probably working their first job. I had a to go order that the young lady repeated back to me, we exchanged money. My kids and I got some blizzards from Jordan and they were top notch. She was so sweet and friendly, definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had from there! 👌

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Cle Elum is a clean and friendly restaurant with quick drive-through service. Food is hot, fresh, and delicious, though sometimes there is a short wait to be able to eat. The staff is consistently fast and friendly, and orders are correct. However, the bathrooms could be cleaner, and napkins may be missing at times. Overall, a good place for a tasty treat on the road.
